I first knocked on the door to ask for more info because I was interested in getting a new look for my upcoming birthday. They came to the door but would not let me in. They advised me to go online to their website after finding out I wasn’t a client and didn’t have an appointment. So, months later I worked up the courage after getting over my embarrassment and found them online and submitted a request. It’s been 2 weeks and my 50th birthday is in 3 days….still no reply. I am a sister supporting black businesses and we MUST DO BETTER THAN THIS!

I have been patronizing this Salon for over 2 years. Tiffany is the ultimate haircare professional. I have observed most of the other stylist and the owner who also operate in excellence. Kenya the make up artist is also fantastic.

I've had such an amazing experience with Tiffany! She is very warm, welcoming, and fast! I was in and out in no time. I've received a shampoo, steam hydration treatment, an excellent trim plus press. My natural hair is healthier and growing!

Tiffany did an amazing job on my hair! I got a silk press and trim and it looks so good. My hair has so much body and she got my 4c hair straight. She also is super sweet and professional. Thank you so much Tiffany for a great salon experience.

KayAllure At this salon was so rude. I had a 6:15pm appointment today; the traffic was so bad I was calling her to let her know she never picked up or called back I got at the salon 15 mins later and she was doing someone’s sewin and was far from being done. She made me wait a whole hour just to tell me when she was done with arrogance that we are running out of time and she can’t do my hair today.. just like that no apology nothing she just walked off on me. I had to go to her and ask her if it’s right to let another woman who came to see her wait another hour why didn’t she call me to reschedule and talked to me when I walked in? So unprofessional and arrogant. I would not recommend

A One stop shop for beauty! Professional makeup artists, bundles, and very talented master stylists! Online appointments make scheduling services a breeze and they're always on time! Vibey playlists and convenient location. My stylist is Nina, a very thoughtful master stylist who keeps my hair laid, and the other stylists do very good work and color as well. Love this place!

I’ve given up on going to salons the majority of my life but since coming here I can say I found a places that meet all my needs. They have a client for life!

Amazing experience at Petal Jolie! Nina made sure that I was taken care of from the moment that I booked my appointment. I booked a huge service, so she wanted to make sure that she was meeting my expectations. She was very professional, timely, and pleasant. Oh and not to mention, my hair is beautiful. I left feeling like a proud member of the Petal Jolie family. Thank you Nina! You rock girlie!

I am a client at the salon and really enjoy my visits. My stylist is Rashane and she is super professional and kind. Let’s face it, the hair business is quite the hustle and anytime you’re dealing with one of the most visible attributes of a human, there will be issues that arise. I’ve been in Atlanta for three years now and have yet to find a salon where the staff and vibe is consistent. So far so good at Petal Jolie. I give them a lot of credit for being young black women are all getting along and having a very positive and well run salon. I’ve gone to some of the top names in Atlanta and haven’t had the same level of professionalism and quality of service. Overall I highly recommend this salon specifically my stylist who does an excellent job with micro links and color.

I had such a great experience at the salon today. My stylist was Ra and she provided an excellent customer experience. I am relatively new to Atlanta and one thing that I’ve noticed is that hairstylist here can be a trip. It’s either a caddy, attitude, long weights, and professional atmosphere or simply poor skill level. Not at the salon! It’s run by a bunch of young women who are all very professional and when I tell you every person leaves out of the salon has their hair on point. They do! I had the micro links installation without thread. After having a similar service done to my dissatisfaction and a complete waste of money, The Petal Jolie was a needed reprieve. Ra used quality products that smelled amazing and also included a rice treatment for an extra $15 to strengthen my hair and add shine. Overall I am so happy with the flexibility and beauty of the micro links. They give you the option to bring your own hair but they also have a really nice high-quality here for purchase in advance. I saw some of the girls preparing wigs with their brand of hair and I’ve decided to use it in a future in stall. Overall I would highly recommend this salon and give my stylist five stars!

I unfortunately was serviced by Kendrea on Thursday, April 4, 2019 for a Ponytail, trim, and rice water and honey conditioner ($105 service). Prior to my appointment, I booked on styleseat and left a comment asking her if I needed to bring my own hair or if the hair would be provided in her service. I later texted Kendrea, she never responded. A day before my appointment (Wednesday, April 3, 2019) I called Kendrea because I didn’t receive a response for my text message nor appointment questions. I again asked her if I needed to bring my own hair or if it was included. She asked me what lengths I was looking for and I told her 24”. Kendrea never mentioned a price for the hair and stated it came with the service and that I didn’t need to bring any hair. I told her I didn’t mind bringing hair if I needed to, but she reassured me that I was fine. When I arrived for my 1:30 appointment I waited 45 minutes before she began servicing me. I should have taken the hint from God and left, but I didn’t. To begin with, she didn’t have any conditioner caps for the rice water and honey conditioning treatment, so she used a towel on my hair instead. While she styled my ponytail, she said she only had a 16” and one 24”. Now, things were changing. This is not what we agreed upon nor was it the lengths I requested the day before. She continued to say I can put the 16” at the bottom of the ponytail and the 24” at the top. At that point I was frustrated and felt the experience was continuing to head in the wrong direction. After she finished servicing me, she charged me $265 ($160 above what I booked for). I told her, “If I knew I needed to pay for my hair I would have brought my own. You didn’t tell me that.” She said, “yeah you have to pay for it.” I immediately walked out the shop and called her to discuss what I felt like was a violation and complete scam, only for her to yell and scream in my ear and hang up in my face and block my number! This young lady NEVER mentioned a price for the hair prior to styling me. I immediately called the number listed on the website to get in touch with the shop owner and or manager, but they never answered, never returned any of my calls, nor text messages regarding the price difference. As you can see, I was and am not letting this go! Not to mention the hair tangled up the same night and matted. I do not recommend anyone spend their hard-earned money in this establishment of bullies and scam artist. She hustled me better than a stripper. I did file a complaint with the better business bureau and hope this establishment chooses to be upfront about their prices, acknowledge customers reaching out to them, and address unprofessional and disrespectful behaviors. I have yet to hear from the shop manager or Kendrea. I don’t recommend Pedal Jolie Salon nor Kendrea. She is not very experienced, extremely unprofessional, not clear or upfront about her pricing, and lacks maturity .

I’ve been coming to Petal Jolie salon for over 6.5 years. During that time, I’ve been serviced primarily by Nina but have also received services from other stylists. These ladies are some of the best in Atlanta. The best atmosphere, sweetest attitudes and so far removed from the haughtiness of Atlanta hair industry. Nina is a magician with color, installs, cuts, everything. I trust her, and the other stylists, implicitly with my hair. They always strive to leave me a happy customer and the pricing is incredibly fair. Needless to say, they’ve got five stars in my book. Love love love Petal Jolie Salon.

Nina G. always does a great professional job on my extensions. I have been with this salon for three (3) years and I have been always very satisfied with the results. For me, indian curly extensions are very low maintenance and works extremely well for my lifestyle - truly wash and wear hair.

This salon does not specialize in natural hair. My wife who is natural got a "silk press" that lasted 30 minutes....their response to her dissatisfaction was you need to straighten your more?! Other salons get her hair straigh and it lasts long. Do not be fooled.
