Horrible. Before, my hair was pretty long. I asked him to cut only a little and he cut 3-5 inches which i did not want at all. When I told him he was cutting a bit too much, the guy kept going and he ignored my comment. Never going here again

I’ve been going to Peter for 4-5 years, and they’re simply the best! Always consistent, skilled, and professional, they take the time to deliver exactly what you want every time. I came in for Hi-Light, ended up costing me $320.First he asked “just the hi-light”, I said “yes”. All the services add-on without asking me. I expected it would be between $150-200. No more. As soon as I sat down he went and mix the color up without asking what color I want. I didn’t mind because I didn’t have any specific colors in mind. I thought he would go with the popular color for me. After putting on Hi-light color and was shampooing, he went to the room real quick and mix up more color. It seems very last minute to me. I’m not professional but I think it should be color up on dark hair (depending on wanted Hi-light color). But he did it opposite and last minute for colors. And I was asked to lay down at the hair wash to give time for coloring. Ended up little to no color beside the little hi-light. I believe he charged me shampoo, color, cut ( just couple trim at the ended) . Nothing change. My hair is already short I don’t want it to be cut. At first I thought the services are included in Hi-light service. Beware ladies, known what services you want and asked the cost before the service provide. Or you will get rip off just like me. 2 stars because he is nice.

Very disappointed to pay $400 for a hair dye that I didn’t recieve and my hair was left extremely damage after. I’m never coming back here again

Peter and his assistant were amazing! I called and got in same day within an hour. Full foil and a haircut and it's absolutely beautiful ❤️ I can't believe I was in and out within an hour and a half and the cut and color are spot on. D.R. has lost a customer as I will return to Peter now! Fantastic job thank you so much!

Peter did a great job on my hair. I'm so happy with how he styled and cut my hair. His assistant gave me the best hair wash and scalp massage. Definitely coming back for more services in the future.

Peter is not only very experienced with women's hair, color, cut and style but also men's haircuts. It's a very efficient salon. You get in and out with great hair. Appointments are recommended for more time consuming services. However, I've seen them grab walk in's and finish men's haircuts very quickly. Prices are very reasonable for the precision and speed. Will definitely be coming back.

Before coming in the store I asked the hairstylist if she knew how to do a volume hairstyle and she mentioned yes. When I arrived to the store I said are you sure you can do a volume hairstyle hair blow out and she said yes. Quite frankly I don’t think she understood me because of the language barrier on her end. Anyways when she finished blow drying my hair she grabbed a curling iron and I said NO I don’t want my hair curled I said style my hair with a brush and blow dryer. If you are a stylist you should know what I am talking about and she looked confused, I even had to show her a tutorial on tik tok on how to do it. Either way this is how I left the salon with a “Volume Hair Blow-Dry”. A customer shouldn’t be showing a hairstylist how to style the hair. It’s in their nature of learning these techniques. Also the hairstylist left my clothes soaking wet after washing my hair and didn’t care to even offer me a towel.

Don’t go there believe me i went there he never heard how I had to get a haircut nd he took his scissors nd started cutting my hairs eventually got long hairs getting short in front of my eyes nd i was telling him not to cut too short but he didn’t listen a single word he just went i don’t know he doesn’t wanna listen or the language barrier nd he charged me roughly $80 for that i was panicking why i did give it a think….. Plzzz don’t spend ur money here just wanna take money no customer service no respect he just being disrespectful nd rude…

Dang… 360$ for color and highlights? For should length hair? Make sure you know your price up front and be careful for a huge “tax” making the price go from 250$ to 360$. Take better care of your elders PETE!

Great Great hair cut. Peter is the best! Prices are reasonable. Peter was quick but not hurried. I was a walk in the place was full but I was seen without much of a wait. Tiny peeve the seating area really needs to be swept and vacuumed more often, other than that it a was peaceful atmosphere.

I absolutely love going to Peter’s Hair Salon! I’m really precise about how I want my hair and usually don’t trust a lot of people with it but Peter does an amazing job and it’s really evident in his work! He and his co-worker did an amazing job on me today and were really sweet! I’ve gone to this salon a few times already and it’ll most likely be the only salon I go to from now on in Washington. If you have social anxiety, like me, this is the salon to go to because they make small conversation then leave you alone in comfortable silence. (If you’re curious, I got a peekaboo hair-do with more color towards the front as well and a little bit of layering) Overall, it’s always a 10/10 experience with Peter and his salon. They have amazing customer service and they really do take care of you. I hope that more people come here to get their hair done :) You won’t regret it!

Peter knows what he’s doing! He offered me snacks and was super quick but thorough. Also threw in a head massage at the bowl! I texted him the night before and he fit me in the day off. WOW! What an understated salon, it really is a gem!

The asian guy that did my hair knows what hes doing. Hes very friendly and honestly I felt comfortable whenever he does my hair. Instead of telling him what kind if haircut I wanted I ask him what kind of haircut would look good on me. I love how he cut my hair. Thank you for making me look and feel pretty when Im at my lowest. We all go through something in life but the little simple thing like shampooing and a hair cut lifted and made me happy that day. Made an appointment at 2:45, went in, waited 25 minutes asked how much longer it will take and the only stylist working tells me about 30 more minutes...absolutely ridiculous. Why would you take an appointment if you can't even be available within 15 minutes of it?? Why take a walk in with a big request if you know you have a reservation coming right up? I had a shoot with a magazine and was a time crunch and couldn't wait because I would've been late. Such a waste of time and bad customer service.
