My boyfriend just got a haircut here and the lady who did it looked like she just didn’t care about what she was doing. Didn’t listen to what my boyfriend requested and there are parts that looked like it got missed. Never made conversation with him but was happy conversing with other people in there. Overall, really bad haircut, bad customer relations, and if I can give 0 stars I would.

Hands down best place for men’s haircut - price with quality of job and getting you in and out. Use Facebook to get appt as they are busy but quick.

She BUZZED OFF the part of my hair I've been trying to grow out! I've been super sad all day. Was really looking forward to having long hair. A year of hard work and looking forward to this day, all lost for nothing. She just seemed annoyed when I was in total shock after I asked her what happened. The guy tried to fix it but we ended up cutting it all off and starting over from scratch. I'm so, so sad rn. Update: I thought I'd feel better after time but just getting sadder

When you try to communicate with the female hairstylist the second time, she will do what you want, but using an exaggerated way, and the hair style will become ugly than you expected.

I didnt want to leave a bad review but they did a worse job than I realized. Got my hair cut from this place a while back I wanted lots of layers and like a 90 degree cut, the lady just went in with a razor and started going super fast. No precision at all and it looked nothing like the photo I showed her. At first I thought it wasnt BAD it just wasn't what I wanted but when I went to a professional salon to get my hair dyed and cut, I showed them the same inspiration photo and when it came time to cut my hair they had to fix it because it was super uneven between the layers and jagged. It took them more time to fix my layers than it did for them to actually give me the haircut I wanted! This place is cheap and if you want a simple haircut or trim I think it would be good but I'm not so sure for other services.

We've been customers for years, reasonably priced, and they do an amazing job with haircuts. You have to have an appointment because the place is always busy.

My son and I always come here at Phantasy hair salon. We found this place 3 years ago . . Cole always do a great job cutting my son’s hair, and his wife does my hair every time. So thankful I found them. Reasonable price and great service.! More power to both of you!

Sorry, but one side of my hair was cut way too short and I kinda hate it 😅 It's not the length I had in mind and that extra 2 inches will take me years to grow back. When asking for a trim, I wished I would have been more precise about the style and brought a picture to show what I meant by A-line bob. My hair ended up shorter than it has ever been when I was looking to grow it out :/ everything else was 👍 Worst hair cut I've ever had, but I blame myself for not advocating for myself more. But I'm crying

The best place for a haircut, I HIGHLY recommend this place COMPARED to the overpriced hair salon by Smiths “Truly Avon” which by the way was very rude if you’re not a certain color or weight. At least at this salon you get treated right and fast with care. AND ILL SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK lol trust me you wanna go here over anywhere else
