Came in from Mn , tried calling other salons for a week they wouldn’t take us , called phases they got us in right away myself and my mother in law!! And our hair and our experience was amazing too notch ladies!! Everyone at the wedding asked where we got our hair did lol lil mn joke lol !! Sent them to y’all !! Love ya guys , I’ll see y’all in June!!!

Had Sam has a hairdresser and was very pleased with the service. He made extra sure what I wanted every step of the way and double checked everything. After the haircut was done, he took time to show me what he did and if there was any last-minute changes or concerns, I had before I headed home. Also, great conversationalist on subjects like LARP, Costume making and make-up, DND, and LOTR. Worth asking about those.

I'm a new client and had such a wonderful experience with Sam and Lauren. :) I love the results of my new hair color - went in with my base color and some highlights, and he transformed my hair to what I want - cowboy copper. He took his time with getting to know me and worked with me with my hair vision. Lauren was alongside the whole time to guide Sam, and she also walked me through the process so I can understand how to get to the hair color I desire. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I came in for a hair color and ended up with great conversations, awesome hairstylists, and a fun salon to go to.

I highly recommend Phases Metaphysical Salon! My daughter is a long-time client of Lauren's and is the only person she'll let touch her hair! I was on vacation visiting my daughter and desperately needed a cut and Lauren was willing to accommodate me in her off hours. She did a GREAT JOB even with time limitations!

I’m actually quite disappointed. Such great reviews. I was quoted $185 and charged much more. The 2nd bowl of bleach wasn’t entirely used but given to Nick, but I paid for it. Lauren stated that charged by bowl of bleach but the “industry standard” foil amount is 30 for a partial. It’s one or the other. Also, when I’m getting a cut and color, charging $42 for the blow dry is high. When I canceled my follow up because it’s out of my price range, what she charges for the results isn’t what I’m okay with. I pay $185 for an actual partial, cut, blow dry, the works. When I told her this, she all but called me a liar and told me to go back to my old stylist since it’s so cheap. I said okay! She countered with a discount or refund the 2nd bowl of bleach. My hair was in bad shape, yes, but I paid her for her time via a very nice tip, over $300 total from $185. As you can see from the photo my crown wasn’t lifted properly and the entire right side of my head is longer than the other. I just noticed this since I washed it so when I reached out to tell her thank you but no to the discounted services since it’s actually bad, I found out she blocked me. I didn’t notice the cut was so bad because she didn’t pull the sides to check them and curled my hair. I tried to review on the booking site it wouldn’t let me, said I have never been there…

Normally I like the vibes, but twice I've had appointments booked and when I arrive nobody is there. The first time I was told they had forgotten but would drive right over, which was fine. Now it's happening again where I've arrived and nobody is there and no phones are answered. I'm not sure if it's a website issue and certain bookings don't go through properly. Again I normally love this place and the prices are good, but I'm getting disappointed now. I'm currently waiting for someone to reach out to me, I left a voice mail and message online. Hopefully I'll hear something back soon.

Rachel is simply amazing. I went for a deep condition, and slight curl definition and she executed it perfectly. I'm definitely coming back. 10/10 highly recommend and that's coming from someone who traveled almost an hour to see her. ✨️

Edited from a 1 star. Owner called and apologized for the stylist. She offered to make up for it. Thank you for the call back! Leaving this review for my wife. She had a 10:00 apt on her only day off (Nov 11). We got there at 9:50 to drop her off and the guy never showed up to cut her hair. I picked her up at 11:00 and she was in tears. She felt unvalued with her time and the fact that it was her only day off, she booked the apt well in advance, just felt disrespectful. She will not return in the future.

I absolutely love this place!!!! I always have a wonderful experience. All of the stylists are exceptionally talented, and know how to give the customer the care and outcome they desire. Personally, being a military member, it can be hard to find a place outside of the on base barber shops. This place is perfect. My whole family enjoys this salon and returns on a regular basis. They are the best!!

I got my hair cut by Lauren and it was honestly the best hair cut I’ve gotten. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she really made my hair vision come too life! I also got a tarot card reading from Nick and he was so insightful! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. It’s such a neat experience to get your hair done and then have a reading :)

I had my first facial, done by Rachel. I found it very relaxing. She was really good at the face and brow waxing; not even the eyebrow wax removal hurt. There was a nice selection of ambient sounds/music and the aromas she used were very pleasant. I would definitely go again.

Ive gotten a facial from rachel a few times now and i cant rant more about this place!! She is so thorough and kind. Such a relaxing experience every time and she walks you through every step. This space is amazing! So healing and relaxing. If youre looking for your next Aesthetician i can’t recommend rachel enough.

Lauren is my hair magician! I tried a thing that went not well (as hair is not my area of expertise…), and she saved my hair. I will only be going to Lauren from now on because how cute is my Poison Ivy red pixie! (She did research to create the perfect shade for me!). If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! 🧚🏻🦋💖

Phases is my GO-TO salon for everything! Lauren does my fashion color and cut every couple of months, but I’ve also had James do a braid-style for a photoshoot I had. I go to Kelly for my manicures. The vibe is perfect, you will feel comfortable the whole time and will never feel pressured to get services or do something with your look that you don’t want to do! Go and see them TODAY!

So I walked in with fried blonde hair from another salon that butchered me, and this salon completely changed my hair life! I went and got the olaplex hair treatment that left my curls soft and supple, and the stylist fixed my really bad hair cut from previous salon, and they educated me on hair treatments/ styling, and overall hair health! These girls know their hair and you can tell they are up to date on their knowledge and skills! They also specialize in facials, and you can tell she’s very educated with the product for skin! The atmosphere is very relaxed, down to earth vibe, and non judgmental zone! I felt very comfortable and relaxed! Thank you all for making my hair healthy again!

The most relaxing atmosphere that I’ve been to of all salon places I went to. Nice people and you can really tell that they are family and I felt welcome too.
