Absolutely the best Med Spa! Rita and Dr. Thaker are the best - my skin has never looked so good! I live and work in North Las Vegas, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments. Highly recommend!

Amazing facility! The equipment is all up to date and very clean. I had laser hair removal, microdermabrasion and hydration facial (done by Rita) all with noticeable changes before I walked out of the door. Can't recommend this place enough.

An awesome med spa!!! A great range of the most progressive and up-to-date services in an upscale spa environment with top-of-the-line equipment. What makes this place different from other spas is the personal care and attention given by Rita and Doc. They are amazing! If you are interested in Sculpsure (laser lipo), photofacials, microdermabrasion, laser hair or tattoo removal then this is the spot for you! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! Rita is the sweetest person there who care for you you. So far I’ve gotten the laser hair removal and a microdermabrasion and my results are amazing! I can’t wait to go back and finish my hair removal and start my hydro fascial process.

I love this place it’s very clean and has great Laser machines. I had a Hydradermabrasion BioXFusion MD with ELI she was very good and knowledgeable about skin care. My skin looked amazing afterwards. She also gave me great tips fo at home skin care. I’ll definitely be back to get more treatments from her. I definitely recommend trying this place all the staff is very nice.

I went there for a rejuvenating facial. The cosmetician was very nice , and made me feel so relaxed. I got this pumpkin serum and mask, and it made my skin looking like it hasn’t looked for a very long time . I love this spa, I am definitely going to be a frequent customer here .

I've been here a handful of times now, and always come out feeling better than when I came in. Dr. Thaker is kind and straightforward, and will work with you to make sure you get the treatment that works for you & your body. If something is not right for you, he won't do it, and I appreciate that honesty; especially in an industry where you may be able to find a doctor who will give you what you want, as long as you're willing to shell out - even if your body won't respond well to it or if could be hazardous to your health. I've come in and had microdermabrasion and hydrofacials done by Rita C., who is a wonderful medical esthetician with a great bedside manner. She always puts me at ease, and the treatments are relaxing and relatively painless - everyone's pain levels are different! But Rita has a gentle touch & I can practically nap while I'm getting it done. The hydrofacials have done wonders for my complexion, and have minimized the areas where I have hyperpigmentation and adult acne. The spa itself is sparkling clean, with all the latest equipment. Their prices are reasonable and they're quick to respond if you have any questions leading up to your appointment. Definitely give them a try if you're looking to treat yourself.

Okay for starters, every single one of the staff at Phaze are absolutely amazing ! They have such a warming welcome, great workers who do great work and it shows. I never knew how important it really was to take care of your skin and they informed m on so much! Rita gave me a hydro/microdermabrasion facial! Not only was she gentle on my face but the bed was very comfortable and I was even offered a blanket ! Rita is truly such am amazing, kind, loving lady! I recommended her 100% You will no regret it ! :))

Spa is nice. Staffs are nice too but I didn’t see any result from my first microneedling. Should’ve done more research.
