Had a cut and color to correct a previous bad service from another sylist. My hair had to be died twice for correction and was ofcourse cut. It was amazing! Extremely reasonable in price too! I went back again and received another wonderful cut, great convo & did I mention the shop is immaculately clean!!!

Dejana knows her stuff when it comes to hair! I have my hair done every two weeks and I don't allow anyone But Dejana to touch my hair! Dejana has been doing my hair for to many years to count! My hair is all natural and she keeps it growing and very healthy! When she finishes shampooing and conditioning my hair I just want to go home and take a nap! Thank you Dejana for always taking such good care of my hair, for keeping me laughing, for making my hair looking like a million dollars and for having such reasonable prices!

I am a long term customer. This is just my first review. I must say I love love love coming to get my hair done. It is always a great experience. Dejanna is so professional and personable all at the same time. She will walk you through every step of what she is doing to your hair. You will never have to guess what is going on. My hair is so healthy because of her and her magical hands and oils. I now have micro locs. She is so gentle with my hair. Hey can go on and on. I highly recommend her services.

I have been going to Phaze hair care for over 10 years. The relationship that I have with Dejana is magical. Of course within 10 years of ‘living’ your stress, health & wealth gets tested, more times than often your hair and skin reflects your struggles. I was nervous about going to a salon for my hair because I am new to Tampa, enjoyed my experience at the salon. You can tell the passion in her work. Great at communicating. The atmosphere was awesome. I am going back as soon as I need a retwist, and I would definitely refer her to anyone who wants a professional and passionate hair dresser.

She had caused My locs to break off!!!!! My first experience with her was mediocre after sure did my sew in Bob. Fast forward 2 1/2 years, i went to her for my first salon experience with color and a retwist of my locs which waa a huge mistake. It started ok but with a line of questioning that lasted about 20 minutes that were just too personal. The coloring process was ok but she ran out of one color and so i ended up with two tones even though my appointment was booked a week prior. My main problem is when she got to my crown, she asked if she could separate my locs? I told her no because i like mine thick n just as they were. This lady asked 2 more times, the final time she just stood there looking at me until i said yes smh. The result of that is that my locs started popping off a week after she did them from being weakened at the roots from seperation. I have lost about 12 locs thus far amd when i reached out to her, she has a myriad of excuses from me faking with migraines (which NEVER affected my hair before) to medications (but i don't take meds). I had to tell her that why is it only the front that's coming out and not the back n to that she stated it might be hereditary. I will be doin filling complaints with the board, state licensing, the county AND the attorney general. She should NOT be practicing if this is what she's going to do then go back and forth about a resolution. Look up her locs and braiding work. They are mediocre at best. Also she damages her own locs so that should tell you.

Dejana has been doing my hair for over 15 years. She is very versatile with her skills. I have had the perm, natural, locs with extensions and back to the natural look with faded up sides. I allowed her to put the keratin smoothie in my hair this time and my hair is flawless. My curls are now manageable and I can wear my hair straight or curly. Hands down she is the best stylist from Nebraska to Florida. Thanks Dee!

Dejana is not only a fabulous hairstylists, she is a an awesome person too! I had my 1st visit and I was there for about 3 hours. I felt like i had went to a family reunion, we was laughing and cutting up it was amazing. She added purple to my hair and it turned out awesome! I was very pleased with her knowledge and skill set. I do not let just anyone touch my hair. Truthfully though, it could have came out pink and I had so much fun I wouldn't have cared. Awesome place!!

Dejana was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable while in her chair. There was never a dull moment during the 4 hours I sat in her chair getting my Brotherlocks installed. This is my second time utilizing her services and i recommend her 100%.

Mrs. Dejana did an amazing job with small waist length locs! She trimmed, colored, retwisted, and pipe cleaner curled my hair in les than 6 hours! Now I can go get married on Sunday with some BOMB curls! I highly recommend you book her for all your natural hair needs, but she does everything! -Cheryl:)

Salons are way out of my comfort zone but I felt very comfortable in the intimate setting at Phazes. Dejana is both professional and personable she made me and my daughter feel really comfortable. We sent pictures of the color we wanted for her highlights and she did a wonderful job. I really appreciate that she took her time and was very gentle with my daughter who is tenderheaded and has ALOT of hair. If you're looking for someone who specializes in natural hair care I recommend Phazes.
