Be careful with this place. They do bad job then ghost you when you ask for it to be fixed. Tried being civil with them but they ignored me when I asked for my refund. Unfortunaly, my credit card company cant dispute the charge due to their policy; so they basically took my money. Very inappropriate of this business to condone this behavior from their employee(s). Hope they can at least fix that.

I booked this place for a lash lift with Violet. They looked okay when she was done, but then I noticed they started to look straight at the end of the day. I’ve gotten many lash lifts before so I know what it should look like. I messaged Violet a few times over the next few days, but no response. All I asked is if they can be fixed; no response. Sadly, I had no choice to dispute the charge from my bank and I even informed her about it. I know she was ignoring my messages because I looked at her instagram and saw how active she was. I thought we had a good time during the service since we were chatting most of the time. I saw her portfolio on insta and was impressed and excited to get a lash lift. I hope she isn’t like this to future clients. If I had done anything wrong on my end then I wish she would’ve communicated that with me. :(

This place is lame because no where does it state u must wait outside and call/text to be let in until you get to the door. So if you’re a new person coming in like I was and calling the number it goes NOWHERE. So I wouldn’t know how the services are because I left to another place.

If you decide to go to this salon, make sure you have no major emergencies the morning of your appointment. I was scheduled with someone by the name of Jerome. I missed the appointment due to being in an accident with my 5 year old who was sent to the hospital 2 hours prior. During that time I got 8 missed calls, an extremely rude email, and countless text messages. You would think 1 phone call would suffice and then just call another client to come in due to a cancellation. I’ve never seen such unproffesionalism and indecency from a salon. I am extremely glad I was taken off any lists in this business

I went to Crystal Beauty Room,LLC to get a fantastic haircut. Crystal was very friendly, communicates well on appointment openings, was on time, and had a clean professional salon room. She took the time to listen how I wanted my hair cut and went above and beyond my expectations. I loved that I got to watch whatever I wanted while she did my hair. I highly recommend Crystal and her salon to anyone that’s looking to make their hair sparkle!

I highly recommend this place!! Samee (Suite 103) is amazing ❤️ Very nice, patient, takes her time, and listens to what you want. She is a hard worker and her work is very detailed ! My eyebrow turned out exactly how I wanted them to look. I did full face threading and she did an amazing job cleaning my face. I will definitely go back 🙂

Samee from Wow Eyebrows located in Suite 103 was phenomenal! She was recommended to me and she was nothing short of amazing. I walked out a new woman with brand new eyebrows. She took her time with my eyebrows and she was very detailed with them. Unlike other eyebrow threading locations, where it feels rushed and it’s a race to get people out with only one trim, Samee took her time and actually properly trimmed my eyebrows and shaped them to my face. I can not wait to go back to Samee and see her transform my eyebrows one threading session at a time! I highly recommend Samee and you will not regret it!
