I’m a current tenet and want to express my satisfaction with Phenix Salon Suites! They are quiet, competitively priced, great location, free parking, and with large and small salon suite options they are perfect for a beginner or someone looking to expand. I highly recommend if you’re a hair stylist, tattoo artist, or esthetician! (Also they have dozens of window salon suites which is very rare for the area!)

My experience with Phenix Salon Suites has been extremely comfortable. My salon suite is always tended to IF need be by the managers/owners of Phenix Salon Suites. The location of the salon suites is perfect as it’s central and in the Southpark area, a very nice upscale community, which is ideal for anyone searching for a salon suite. The parking is decent, depending on the time of day, however, there’s a parking garage for salon suite owners and the salon suite clients. Phenix salon suite is also super affordable compared to other Salon suites in the Southpark Area.

As a former tenant who previously left a very unprofessional/toxic salon. It was such a joy when I found and started working at Phenix Salon Suites! The owners are so kind and professional. Their also quick with resolving an issues. Rent prices here are beyond reasonable and the building itself is nice and clean and everyone who works there is friendly and keeps to themselves (in a positive manner). I highly suggest Phenix Salon to any beauty professional looking for a nice suite to rent!

I absolutely love Phenix Salon Suites! The Suites are beautifully kept, the co salon suite owners are a pleasure to work with, and the clients love how many services they can get in one stop. The new owners are amazing and really understand how to make the tenant experience a 5 Star one!

I have truly enjoyed renting here. Management is friendly and responsive. The building is also very secure and clean. As a tenant you also get the freedom to decorate your suite to your liking.

I love coming to Phenix Salon Suites because I can get all of my pampering done in one spot! I like to make one trip to get my hair and nails done and always end up leaving happy! The salon professionals are top notch, it's clean, feels upscale and it's easy to park. Anything that adds convenience is a plus.

Good vibes, friendly atmosphere, very professional. Organic hair Boutique located within Phenix salon suites is definitely #1 on my list. It has the best of the best loctician, Shanae. I'm extremely particular about the hands I allow in my hair. Shanae is awesome! She has kept my family's locs healthy and on point since day one! I'm always recieving compliments on my locs and the creative styles, thanks to Shanae. She not only maintain locs she educate her clients on healthy hair maintenance which I value and appreciate. Phenix salon suites is under new management! It offers a variety of services from head to toe under one roof and I have been pleased with each one I've tried. They even have a beautiful lady that does Yoni steams, check it out!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend to all to check it out. I thank God that I was introduced to Shanae, best Loc Stylist ever!!!. She has been doing my locs and my daughter's locs for over 4 years, praise God! The new facility is very clean, nice, peaceful and everyone is so professional. We always looking forward to our next appointment.
