I was frequently going to Down to Lash inside the studio. Until my appointments started to be canceled. Once because she got a cat...🙄 Then she started to complain about clients AS she was working on me, telling me all about how they were wrong for her because she had done so many free things for.them it was ridiculous......all while I pay FULL price EVERY service. I will start going somewhere my time, loyalty, and money is appreciated.

Phenix Salon is one of my favorite shops to visit. It offers many salon services by experienced salon professionals. It's an easy location to find and get to and has plenty of free and close parking. As well it is a very clean and professional environment, fair prices... 5 stars all the way.

This is a very good idea to have your hair done and maintained, my daughter is a retired Veteran and she's a very discriminating person to be able to pick excellent places to get her hair and other needs cared for and I would say she has found a service that meets her requirements in hair care

When I visit Phenix Salon Suites I only go to see Kristy A. who owns Stripped Esthetics. I've been going to Kristy for years. She knows exactly what sh's doing and she'll work with you and your budget. I find her to be very personable, non judgmental and easy going. Also, however when she does her waxing, it doesn't hurt as much as other's, I've never bled and it seems to takes longer for the hair to grow back. Kristy is the real deal!
