Don’t ever try to use a Groupon here!!! All they do is up charge you on everything!!! I’m talking $150 plus!!! My daughter tried to get a balayage here and they said it would be too hard and they couldn’t do it! (Other salons have done it with no problems!!!) They even wanted to charge extra to dry her hair completely even though a blow dry was included!!! Very unprofessional!!! They use Groupon to get you in the door, then they overcharged you on everything!!! We have never experienced anything like this at other salons!!!

Do not make the same mistake I did. I made my appointment about a month ago. I was asked to come in an hour and a half later than my appointment time which is fine, completely and totally understandable. When I arrive I meet mimi, (who was initially supposed to do my hair) she leads me to Angelas room. I discuss what I was wanting done and Angela did make me aware that there would be an up charge from $30-90, she explained to me that it would not be $90, those are just the ranges. I bought the package for deep conditioning treatment (which I never got) cut, style and balayage. Angelas applies color, and shampoos me, she proceeds to tell me that my bill was at $90, if I still wanted to continue to get the haircut and style. immediately I’m confused, she proceeds to tell me that her pricing and Mimis pricing are completely different, mind you I booked with mimi but she was overbooked to take me in. Lack of communication, lack of professionalism. It would be a different story if I actually got what I wanted, but not even that was achievable. Do not make the same mistake I did, find a different place where the stylist is upfront from the gecko and knows what they are doing, a stylist who values your time as their own, and somewhere worth spending your money. Nearly $100 down the drain because of someone else’s incompetence. A JOKE.

Mimi is phenomenal!! She will get your hair RIGHT sis!! She’s such a sweet heart, it’s very obvious she loves what she does which is key to finding a great hairstylist. And to mention her prices are great as well. She did a balayage on me yesterday and I’m completely in love, she totally transformed my hair. Will be back for whatever hair care I need :) highly recommend her

As Salon stylist this was a great location between naples and bonita Springs. The management was very kind and helpful with anything we needed as tenants. Ivan is always there to great you with a welcoming smile &could fix anything on the spot. Highly recommended facility

They have ample parking, a good and central location next to the Mercedes dealership, and have a wide selection of hairdressers in the facility. It’s worth it to go to a place where you don’t have to drive around in circles for an hour looking for parking. I think it’s well maintained and isn’t too loud, which is a big plus.

What an odd experience! This was the first time I had gone to a salon made up of many mini rooms, all staffed by independently run salon owners. The whole thing was very confusing, as my directions did not include the name of the small salon I was looking for. There seemed to be a lot of turnover, as I asked for help & no one sermed to know how to direct me. The individual salons were not numbered logically, making it even more difficult.
