Nikki D is the best barber in the 757. She is the only one I have let cut my hair when I come home for the past 8 years. She cleans you up nice and genuinely cares about how your cut looks and how you like it.

Almost impossible to get in contact with anybody for this location. Nobody ever return calls and the most you will get is a receptionist that can take a message

I absolutely loved my stylist. The services provided to me where outstanding. However while receiving I felt so uneasy. I was very confused as to if this was a place of business or the club. The barber shop upfront had friends to include kids hanging out in the halls with solo cups till well after 10pm. Music blaring with no regards to other business owners in suites. The restrooms were inoperable the entire time I received services over 3 days with no emergency maintenance. The front door would not lock! Again while I loved my stylist and my services received, if this is the type of behavior breading then unfortunately I won't be back. This is just a bad situation waiting to happen.

So I spoke with Kim At the beginning of august and she told me to pick at least three suites to lease out and that I could go visit the place. When I went to visit there was a lot of empty suites one of them even had the faucet running while empty. I was acknowled by another tenant moving out. He said that Kim and some other lady who was a manager didn’t have the proper licensure to run the place. The city gave this location multiple citations. The place flooded and the tenants had to pay and fix repairs themselves. The guy also explained everyone was charged a different rate even if the space was the same size. So the availability is open because people are leaving the establishment due to poor management and over price rent. How is this place still running if orange citations is on the door ? When I call the Hampton location the number rings then a piercing noise sounds. Maybe it’s a Phoenix thing. Kim also make you send pictures of your credit card to make payment and don’t meet with tenants face to face. Sketchy.

This salon is so luxurious! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The salon artists are truly professionals in their work. They even offer walk-in at this location. My hair look and feels amazing and it has never been healthier. I also got my nails done here, they came out perfectly and the nail artists can handle any complicated design you throw at them, with ease! I highly recommend coming here, it is really an experience.
