I had my own suite inside of Phenix Salon. Had a great experience at the suite. Clean and well maintained. Management is good with communication. I would recommend if you’re looking to provide a private experience to your clients. 10/10

I recently visited the Phenix Salon Suites at SoDo, and I must express my disappointment with the overall atmosphere. The pervasive smell of marijuana within the premises was not only unpleasant but also unprofessional. It's disheartening to encounter an environment where such strong odors are tolerated, as it detracts from the intended ambiance of a salon.

Phoenix salon suites were hands down the best but not only the stylist were amazing but the whole building. I lost my Apple Watch inside and in the whole building pitched in to help me find it.The cleaning staff made sure to lock my watch up somewhere safe. Thank you so much. If I could rate over 5 stars I would. The watch was found if you guys were wondering. I can’t wait to come back! 💘

I have had my hair cut multiple times now by Soad. She does such precise and clean work! I am always beyond satisfied when leaving. She is such a sweetheart. I would recommend her 10/10 to any male or female looking to get their hair done

I heard that Liz went into a restaurant in Orlando Florida and started spewing racial slurs at the staff. Is that true? I obtained this information from a credible source and that is a shame. Everyone should know this is unacceptable. I am glad to hear she is no longer part of your organization. I will change my review from one star to five. I appreciate your prompt response. Good luck.

I love this hair salon the minute I stepped inside. This place is beautiful, clean, and super professional! Soad is amazing! She's located at the Blush hair studio in Phenix Salon and has been doing my hair for over 5 years now and I've always had the best experience. I would recommend her to everyone she always exceeds my expectations!! Thank you Soad!

I went there for the first time ever today and saw Gail, owner of Soft Aesthetics. I have had many massages with many different people in my 61 years and I can tell you that she was the very best I've ever had! She's so kind and professional, her studio is beautiful and comfortable and I sure hope she insured those hand, because God works thru those hands- I felt like I was in heaven!
