A fantastic experience with my haircut. I often asked for layers and face framing and for some reason I never get quite what I'm looking for. I decided to try a new place that's relatively close to campus as I am a student at Ohio State. I'm also trying to make sure I'm not blowing my budget. Kaitlyn did an amazing job and I'm excited to show off my haircut!

Erin did a great job cutting my hair! She was super nice, made fun conversation and I love how my hair turned out. I wasn’t sure exactly on the length I wanted and she listened to my needs and cut my hair with everything I mentioned in mind. She also shared with me what products she felt would work best in my hair so I can achieve the same results at home. Thank you, Erin!

Phia Salon provided the most incredible salon experience I’ve ever had. The quality of service was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the professionalism was unmatched. Minnie, my colorist and stylist, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made sure I felt heard every step of the way. Not only is she super funny and friendly, but her extensive expertise made me feel confident that my hair was in the best hands. As a curly girl with thick hair, she perfectly achieved all my goals and gave me a finished look I absolutely love. I also have to mention the whole team—everyone was so friendly and supportive, which really added to the positive vibe of the salon. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Phia Salon to anyone looking for top-notch service!

For the past 2 years I’ve been trying to find a new stylist and went to 2 different stylists at 2 different locations. (I saw both twice) I feel foolish for ever having going back the second visit. I never left feeling like I got my moneys worth. Very disappointing

It was my first time going to Phia and I booked an appointment with Kaitlyn. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to do with my hair type, answered any questions I had and overall made the experience a 10/10. I will definitely be a returning customer and I love how my hair turned out!

Loved my experience! Easy to schedule and staff are super helpful. I appreciated getting a text the day before with information about parking and asking me questions about what the style I wanted. The process was fun and relaxing. Highly recommend Phia Salon and Minnie!
