I had an incredible experience getting my nails done here!! I went to get trial nails done a few months before my wedding and it didn’t disappoint. Bo was so detail oriented and took the time to get it perfect - a beautiful baby pink pearly chrome. Aimee did my mom’s nails and was so sweet and did a great job. Meanwhile Virginia had us laughing the whole time with her stories. Great environment, professional work, and amazing prices. Can’t wait to get my wedding nails done here!!!!! 10/10 recommend

I truly don’t think I’ve ever had a more thorough manicure. Virginia got every detail right, even down to comparing the nails on each hand so they were all the same length and shape. Not only that, but the conversation with everyone on staff was so much fun. Wish I were local so I could return!

Had a pedicure done by Kaya!! She was very, very detailed, took her time, made sure I was comfortable and did a fantastic job. The pedicure tub was lined with a brand new liner and the tools used on my feet were all brand new out of a sealed pack. It was my first time here and I cant wait to go back for my next pedicure and hope to get my nails done too!

I was so happy to finally find a space that is not only concerned about the health of my nails but my health overall . I came in for a mani and pedi and my nail care professional named Bo, did an amazing job!! The treatment I selected made me feel so relaxed and I was even given a free eye mask . Bo’s sweet demeanor and expertise made me feel confident I was at the right place. Some nail salons make you feel unwanted and rushed, not here heck I didn’t want to leave the whole team is so pleasant and there wasn’t a bad nail job in sight . Will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 11 Years now. 8 years ago I came down to Philly for school and would drive every two weeks back home an hour a way because I was committed to my old tech and never found a good place in the city worth my money and time.This all changed last Tuesday!!! Amy is the best!!! She restored my faith in Philly nail techs but not only that she represented this location wonderfully. She was personable, knows good music (lol), great eye for detail, and has a steady hand!!! She checked off every box off my list to finally do what I thought was impossible. Fair to say that I am now going to be a steady returning customer to Phila Non-Toxic! I’m in love with this place. Great vibes and great service. Please check out this place and do your hands a favor, give them some love! Thank you Amy and see you every two weeks! You’re simply the best!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

Nice vibe was able to get a gel manicure - quality materials, customer service atmosphere oriented- hospitable offering of beverages. Staff super friendly and courteous. ATM on site was convenient. Lovely experience.

STAY AWAY, AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY MISTREATMENT! The store manager Amy was extremely rude to me. I arrived for my 4 o’clock appointment at 4 o’clock, but sat and waited for an hour. When I mentioned to them my appointment was at 4 o’clock, Amy the manager said very snidely “she had customers”. I asked if I was her customer and if I had an appointment at 4 o’clock? She then started yelling at me and threatened me with this statement, “if I wanted her to do my nails I needed to stop talking. Otherwise I would wait for another hour!” Then she walked away and took another customer and told me “I need to wait for another hour”. I am the first customer of this place, but it does not show they care about that at all. The store manager is not the only one acting like this. Another employee Bao, also acts this way. She refused to provide services to me several times. Many times I walked into the Spa and she was sitting there without any customers but she refused to do my nails. There are cat style nails displayed in your spa, but Bao refused to provide the tools to let Victoria to do it for me. I just found out I have cancer and was hoping I could have a relaxing time at a spa and take my mind off of it for a short bit. I went there again because it is close to my house and saw there was new ownership, I was hopeful they stepped their service, Instead I was yelled at and treated poorly again, just like before. So unfortunately I was wrong and found out you need to avoid this place unless you wish to be mistreated. It is shame that they treat a longtime loyal custom so poorly. It is very unprofessional and I am very disappointed!!

Virginia was great! She helped me choose the best service for my stressed nails and she made them look amazing! Her conversation was great and she made me feel very welcome as this was my first time visiting the salon! I will be coming back and bringing my colleagues with me too

Bo is an amazing nail tech. Takes her time, makes sure she keeps the integrity of the natural nail. The final result was a beautiful manicure, best in the USA and we are from the west coast. We definitely will be back.

Found this location online. They were able to take me as a walk-in on a Saturday. Bo was the nail artist who did my build-a-gel. She did a fantastic job. There are a lot of choices in the city , and this is a great find. Bo is skillful , listened to what I was looking for and I loved the outcome. Will be back. Great find.

I had a fantastic experience at the nail salon for my pedicure, and I can’t speak highly enough of my technician, Amy. From the moment I sat down, she was attentive, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The whole process was incredibly relaxing, and Amy took the time to ensure every detail was perfect—from the exfoliation to the buffing. My feet have never looked and felt better! She was friendly and thorough, and I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Amy and this salon for anyone looking for a top-notch pedicure!

I have been visiting this place since it was called Lotus Salon. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Virginia excels in everything she does. She makes you feel so comfortable that you’ll want to return again and again. I give it a 10 out of 10!

Today was my first time coming to this location (after wanting to come for a while) and I am impressed. The environment is amazing! Every worker is polite and welcoming! I got my nails done by Aimee and she did a phenomenal job! I explained to her that I am on a computer all day long and she made my nails perfect. I also explained how I really can’t wear colors on my nails because I want to change them if I do and we picked out the perfect natural color! She did an amazing job with time management and conversation! I already booked my next appointment. Lastly, when I first got there I got offered drinks, snacks, and to sit in a massage chair. Keep up the amazing job guys!!! 10 stars from me if I could!
