Had a great experience this weekend. I just recently moved from Los Angeles & was looking for a new stylist. I was in the mall doing some shopping & decided to stop in & check out their pricing & services. Shelby & Victoria at the front desk were so kind & friendly, just great customer service from the moment I walked in. Marcus stepped up to take my appointment immediately & took excellent care of me. I got a relaxing shampoo & conditioning treatment with some yummy smelling Philip Pelusi products. Then Marcus really took time to talk to me & find out what I was looking for. We even talked about the things I didn't like about my current cut. After that he proceeded to give me the most thorough & precise cut I've ever had. He really took his time & was extremely careful with my hair. After a blowout & style I was left with such a flattering, beautiful cut. I absolutely love it. I will definitely be seeing him again & highly recommend his services.

My haircut is mostly fine, bangs are a good bit shorter than I requested (under my brow but above my eye), but why don’t they style your hair after cutting it any more? I used to be okay paying WAAAAYYY more for a trim that I could get anywhere for $30 but I loved the salon treatment they provided. The robes so my clothes didn’t get wet, the products they used to try and upsell you, water to drink, and a nice looking hairstyle when you left. I’d have been so embarrassed to let someone leave my salon looking the way I did! If I’d have had anywhere of importance to go after my appointment I’d have been mortified. My hair was a frizzy mess. I told the girl I had wavy hair but she blew it dry straight anyways and then didn’t even bother to run a straightener or curling iron through it. I will be looking for a new salon for my next service!

As a first time client, I gave the stylist two options. I’d been letting my hair grow out. I have wavy hair and dry it naturally so I needed someone who understood naturally wavy short hair to style it shorter the way I wanted. But in all fairness I gave them the option of just trimming it up a bit and letting it continue to grow. What did I get? I have no idea. A chopped mess that looks like a cross between an 80 year old church lady haircut from the 1960s and a little girls first attempt to cut her own hair when mom wasn’t looking. What an absolute mess. I am 5 weeks into this and still there is nothing I can do to make it look even remotely styled. I should have known when this stylist had loads of open appointments that they were bad news. If you don’t know how to deal with natural wave then say so and let me decide if I want yo'play hair roulette with you.

The people that work here are awesome. Lately the facility seems to be falling apart. Lighting around the stylist stations has not been working for almost a year. Please repair your broken equipment.

Holly cuts my hair. Only 1 bad cut but we all have an off day. So put of 20 not bad. You get what you pay for. Very friendly staff and clean place

I called and got a same day appointment on the Saturday before NYE. I just wanted my hair dyed and the stylist did a good job.

I took my 8 year old daughter to have her hair done for her communion/Birthday. I asked for the stylist to curl her hair and put half up/half down. Well needless to say that was a challenge for her. The curls were subpar at best and were falling out before we even left the salon. She kept trying to put 1/2 her hair up with these little rubber bands that kept breaking. I had to step in and do it for the stylist. Yes I did the up do and had to finish curling my daughter’s hair once we got back home. They still charged me $60! Outrageous and ridiculous! Update: the manager reached out to offer my daughter a free haircut & style with a stylist of our choice.

I went to the salon in the mall yesterday and had my first appointment with BARBIE, she wad so nice and I was so comfortable talking with her thru the service, and may I add she gave me the best haircut I think I have ever had. Like ever. When I wear my hair up it looks great,down it falls great, curled it looks great and straight it's amazing as well. I highly reccomend BARBIE. I'll be going to her from now on.

If you don’t know how to work with curly hair please don’t accept clients with it, cause how my hair ended up looking was ridiculous. so if you have curly hair and looking to straighten your hair please save your money and don’t go here.

Marcus did my hair he was super sweet and knew exactly what to do when it came to my shag wolf cut I highly recommend asking for him he is such a sweetheart even got me in early for a walk in I'd give him more stars if I could he honestly deserves a raise I have a broken finger and he even made sure that my hand was propped up

My 16 year old son enjoys getting his hair cut here. It’s more expensive than Super Cuts but you get what you pay for.

The hair sylists are methodical, take their time and do a great job. All the employees are really kind and outgoing. It's well worth the additional cost compared to going to Great Clips or Super Cuts.

Bailey is a true artist. Her eye for color is a gift. I get more compliments on my hair since I have started going to her. I can’t imagine ever letting anyone else ever doing my hair again! She’s amazing and so talented!!

Friendly staff that gives phenomenal haircuts !! If your a man with long hair this is the place to go my hair actually looks good after a haircut for a change unlike the lord-farqaud cut great clips give.

My first time there was good. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because I had to return to get my blonde money piece a corrected service. The stylist (Noel) had did my hair appt … she was sweet and all but when blow drying my hair felt like I was in the chair forever!!! and when it got to the point where she was applying curls to be more heavy waves.. the curls were barely holding up. My hair still felt damped and I didn’t wanna say much because the store was closing and I would have felt like a nag. Chelsea, who had did my corrected money piece was very experience on what to do with my correction. Going forward I may wanna stick with Chelsea’s schedule even if that means I have to pay a bit more.

My hairdresser was extremely kind and funny. I had the best experience for my first time getting my hair professionally styled for prom. She spent a lot of time making sure my hair was perfect even after having many difficulties because of my hair type. Thank you, philip pelusi!

My stylist, Tina, is employed at Phillip Pelusi and she is incredible. Her level of talent is really rare to find anywhere, regardless of the salon. But, as the salon to be reviewed is the Robinson Phillip Pelusi, they are excellent. I'm a 45 year old man who is thrilled to have hair to cut, so take my advice for what it's worth. The salon charges a really fair rates and is always orderly and spotless. They follow all the covid protocols for customer safety. Their support staff is always helpful and pleasant that's why they deserve 5 stars.

Very professional people. My stylist is Holly. She always listens to what I like to do. She is very courteous. Works with my schedule. And recommends products but doesn't push them on you. Very happy with the cut and style.
