I spent close to 6,000 dollars at this salon with getting hair extensions. My old stylist left and apparently took my extensions with her. When I called the salon to get them they said I need to reach out to her. After calling and complaining that’s not my job to find your old employee who took my extensions. Phillip the owner said he will buy me new ones and have them shipped to me. Well it’s been 4 months no extensions. I left several voicemails. He told me that so I’d leave him alone and never followed through. Very unprofessional! Don’t waste your money or time. They will tell you want you want to here and lie to you.

Today was my first trip to this salon and Megan was my stylist. I’m almost 8 months pregnant and wanted a cut that would make me feel beautiful before my 3rd child arrived because lord knows I won’t have much Mommy time soon. Megan gave me just what I asked for and I left there feeling amazing! Will definitely be back!

I have long hair and it was brutally abused by the Florida sun, sports and coloring. Found the Philip Douglas Salon advertisement in Naples Illustrated and stopped by one day to make an appointment. Best money I ever spent. My stylist did not sell me on products, she didn't have to - she used the product and that sold me. The stylist consulted with the owner about the 'treatment' on my hair before she began, talked to me about what I wanted to do do in the long run... I was confident I would have to cut off at least a foot, but it turns out, only 2". Every employee was friendly, professional, yet down to earth and helpful. Worth EVERY penny - do yourself a favor, you are worth it, stop by and see what they can do for you! Carey

I can’t recommend this place enough, if I could give 6 stars I would. I was helped by Stephanie who talked me through everything and was so sweet. She did an amazing job. They fulfilled all my needs and were so affordable. Everyone was so friendly. My hair feels amazing due to the Cliove keratin treatment. I won’t be going anywhere else! This salon won’t let you leave unhappy!

Phillip Douglas salon is my go-to salon in Naples, Florida! I regularly get my hair cut and colored. And up-do'd for fancy occasions. Stylist Nancy Iannitelli is amazing at what she does. Her easy going nature and attention to artistic detail have earned my confidence over the past 8 years she's been doing my hair. The salon itself is in an ideal, convenient location in central Naples. The reception staff is welcoming and hospitable ... they offer a choice of beverage (and comfy seat upon walking in if you're a bit early). Also, if you're a product junkie like me, you'll feel like a kid in a candy store with the vast variety of premium hair care products displayed for purchase throughout the salon!

Was referred to a hairstylist Svetlana by friend, she cut my hair for the first time today. What a fantastic job! I never though that a new haircut could be this exciting! I absolutely love it. Will highly recommend Svetlana!
