A week ago, I had the Procell treatment, and I was amazed by how incredible it is! My skin used to suffer from redness and uneven texture, but this treatment made such an amazing difference for me. Phoenix was so kind, patient, and attentive. She used amazing products, and I even ended up buying some to use at home. I had such a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely be coming back for another treatment!

Wasn’t sure what to expect when trying out Phoenix beauty bar, but I’m so happy my brother got me a gift card here. I received the 90 minute hydrafacial and left glowing. The massage was almost worth the price on its own. Can’t wait to be back!

Very calming vibe in the place, the treatments are curated for your skin and skin type. Very relaxing, my face feels so refreshed and smooth and clean. 10/10 would return for a follow up. It’s totally worth the price and the experience was amazing.

I booked this place on a whim and loved the experience! Phoenix first had me lay down and looked at my skin to give me some info on it. Then she asked what my regular routine was, and then told me what she suggested for our session. We did some different masks and one was a chocolate one which smelled so good. She told me how each thing she was doing would help my skin before doing it so I would be informed. She also gave a light shoulder massage and a scalp massage. The whole thing was so relaxing that I fell asleep! This 90 Minute hydrafacial was just what I needed today to feel refreshed and relaxed and that I was taking care of me! Thanks Phoenix!

I found a Groupon deal online last minute because I wanted to get a facial since my skin felt so dehydrated & I have been breaking out. Phoenix inspected my skin & decided that I should do an extraction and chemical peel. I had some hormonal acne and this one pimple above my lip that had dug deep into my skin that I became super insecure about for awhile & was hesitant to do an extraction because I was afraid my face would turn all red right before I start school. But she did a good job in not making my face all red after the extraction. My face definitely looked much brighter after the facial as well. She took her time on my face and even the massage on my shoulders felt nice. I would definitely come back for an extraction instead of doing it myself next time.

I rarely write reviews for places unless they impact me. Phoenix is very knowledgeable and talented. This is my third visit to Phoenix beauty bar. I always had such fabulous experience each time I visited. Phoenix not only educates me a proper skincare but she also discusses a healthy lifestyle change and diet that helps improve my acne prone skin. I’ve been struggling with congestion for years. I went to dermatologist and took medication but it didn’t help at all. It made me feel  disappointed until I see Phoenix. After my first procedure with Phoenix I feel my skin completely change. Phoenix walked me through every step she was doing. She also created a fully customized home care regimen for my skin issues. I can’t wait to see her on my next visit. Phoenix is extremely professional and has made a difference in my skin. She gives me the best advice and truly cares about me. She goes over the skincare products I use at home and explained in detailed what is good and not good for my skin. She’s dedicated her time to educating me on how to use a skincare products properly. Phoenix is literally professional. This is the second time I got a facial at phoenix beauty bar. I can’t speak highly enough of phoenix and what she has done on my skin, which is more than what I expected. I got ProCell with exosomes. And wow, my skin completely changed. The best skincare place I know so far. I got acne treatment with Green Sea Peel. It works wonders on my skin. Inflamed acne reduces and I noticed my skin tone brightens after just one session. So far so good. Definitely will come back for the second peel.

I can’t say enough fabulous things about Phoenix and her beauty bar. I’ve been getting her facials for over 3 years since she opened a home based studio in San Jose. Now she opens a business beauty bar in Willow Glen. I’m glad she made her dream come true. The services that she provided definitely not only make clients feel good but also help them achieve skin goals. She cares about clients and always generates treatments that address their skin issues.

Phoenix is amazing!!! Could not ask for a better experience - my facial was custom based after a thorough skin assessment and Phoenix talked me thru what she’d be doing. I have acne-prone skin and she also discussed what my at-home skin care routine should be. I loved getting extractions and a massage after including neck, shoulders, and arms. If you’re looking for a 5/5 experience to treat your skin concerns, Phoenix is the person o go to!

This is the best facia place in the bay area. Phoenix is highly knowledgeable. She gives the best massages. Her gau sha techniques are incredible.
