I was so mad!😡 I have been to this place a few times before and never had an issue. I went tonight and asked for a one hour massage, which was $80. They asked me to pay upfront and I was okay with that. But after running my card, the lady demanded a 20% tip before even starting my service! I told her that 20% is the recommended tip and optional and I refused to give her that before my service. She refused service and I demanded a refund.

There prices change sporadically. You don’t know what to here charging day to day. Inconsistent business operation.

Seems to be WHERE ALL THE MEN GO. The lady was in a hurry!! You CAN'T speed up an hour of service! Why go so fast?? She left brushes on my lower back. Didn't ask where I was hurting if at all! Hard, soft upper, lower etc, lol 3 or 4 men or SO coming and going as i was getting my massage and she had to keep leaving to tell them to come back. I could hear the voices if your wondering how I know it was in FACT men!!

slipper oil massage. never asked where the pain was. seems more like a rub and tub place.
