Needed to get in quick somewhere for some shoulder pain. They were able to get me an appt day of and didn’t disappoint. Emma really paid attention to detail and I left feeling better than before! For the price, you just can’t beat it.

I was looking for a good spa spot and I came across Phoenix flower spa online , the reviews were good so I book an hr section. Monica did a wonderful job she massages me very well and I felt so relieved of my body pain. Thank you Monica I am definitely coming back .

Don’t believe their reviews. My wife and daughter just went today and one was okay and the other sifu was a total disappointment. At the rate they are charging, it was over priced and a hit or miss depending on which sifu you get. Definitely not 4.6 stars Google review.

I had back pain for a few days. Went by here today and tried it. Unexpectedly she gave me a very good massage. But I forgot to ask her name. She knew where my pain point was. She helped me a lot. Thank you so much. It was great and I will go back again soon.

This place was amazing!! I was looking for a good Professional massage place in the area and they definitely did not disappoint! It was very calm and relaxing inside and dimly lit so it helped me be able to relax even more. My masseuse was soo good! It's like he knew where my pain was without me even saying anything. I feel so much better and was able to relax to the point of dozing off. lol definitely recommended!

Very good massage experience. My wife and I booked a couple massage together, and the service of the two masseuses was very good. It relieved my body aches and pains. The environment of the shop is also very good and very quiet. Recommend this shop, you will not be disappointed.

Did a 60 mins couple massage today. We have Monica and Sunny. Both were highly skilled and attentive. First time felt like I slept through some moment. They took their time to help work on the knots and tight spots. Afterward also gave us water to drink. Will recommend friends and may come back.

I have been to this business twice to see Monica who I was lucky enough to meet my first time there. She is one of the better masseuse's l've met here in the Bay Area. She provides an exceptional massage from start to finish while also paying attention to whatever may be ailing you and the adequate amount of pressure to that area of muscle. She is also aware of the knots that need work while giving the massage which is why I have come back. She recognized some knots in my upper back and neck area from working my desk job along with any stress I carry there too. She immediately started focusing on those and when I left it's the best l've felt in months. The prices are very reasonable, the place is very clean as well as very relaxing with their ambience once you walk in the door. And again, you can't forget about Monica !! Go visit this business if you want a consistent high quality massage. There isn't a place or masseuse that's any better in the east Bay Area. Thank you

Excellent massage! I’ve had many in my life and this was great. I like deep tissue so sometimes am wary when the masseuse starts light but I know that’s just to ease into it sometimes. The case here! I had a 90 minute that included some walking on and hot stone. Thank you May for a wonderful massage, I feel so much better!

I go well out of my way to get a massage here because it's the best I've ever had. If you have chronic back strain issues as I do, Cindy is the absolute best! She knows instinctively how to find and relentlessly attack the sore spots until they are gone. The others who work here are excellent, too. And don't cheap out; a 1.5 hour is the way to go, and if you possibly afford it, the 2 hour is heaven.

It’s a really nice and affordable place to get massages with a bunch of kind and warm massage therapists. I love the options to get 2hs and more, 4 hands, and walking back. You could tell the message therapists really care about you and not only for profiting purposes which is important for me.

Kelly is really great. I have found a really good massage therapist. She is very understanding to my certain health issues. I felt she had great training. My aches and pains are less, and I also felt more energy. I recommend Kelly as a top notch therapist in her field.

Made an appt for after work at this place thinking it was a different spa....so I was kinda nervous when I pulled up and realized it wasn't the place I was thinking of. BUT, turns out it was the best mistake l've made in a long time. Cindy was excellent! She knew exactly where all my problem spots were without me having to say a word. Very thorough with good pressure. Warm oil. Hot towel at the end. I melted into the table. I will definitely be back! And get 90 mins instead of 60. I didn't want to leave.

Phoenix Spa has always been an amazing place to relax, rejuvenate, and refresh my body and mood. Cindy is the best. I always prefer her for a deep tissue massage. However, Ana is also a great choice for the same. All are professional and very helpful. #1

I have been to a few massage parlors before, but since running into this place on google . I can't imagine being massaged anywhere else anymore. We got a deep-tissue couples massage. From the relaxing decor to the soothing music. I appreciated every detail that was put into this establishment. The masseuse had fluid yet technical movements, hitting knots I didn't know I had. If you are looking for a professional and pleasant experience, I would recommend giving this place a go.

I have lived in Tri Valley for 16+ years and this is the best place for deep tissue massage you can find in Dublin or even the Tri Valley. I only discovered this place about a year ago and they have a new owner so the older 1-star reviews are not against the current owner but the previous one. I have massages with Cindy, Kelly, and May and I can honestly say they are all very good CM who have good strength and can work on your mussel's most difficult knots to help you relax. I have become a regular now at this place so I can honestly recommend anyone who needs a good deep tissue massage to try this place out.

I usually don’t post reviews but this place provided the best massage I ever had in the Bay Area. We did a couples massage and the price is very reasonable too. I have a three month old and my shoulder and arm needed a lot of work. Owner Cindy is a nice lady and she deeply cares where I needed most strength. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quality and strong massage.

This last review about a stolen ring is complete nonsense and does not represent the view of anyone who has every been to this spa. She obviously lost her ring and her husband is upset so blame it on these very hard working young ladies. The spa is spotless and every room is cleaned after each customer. I am a regular customer who for health reasons requires a weekly therapeutic massage. This is the very best place you will find for an excellent massage.

I moved from South Bay to Dublin and was looking for a best place for a professional massage and found phoenix flower spa. This studio is very clean, reasonable price, friendly and courteous staff. The Therapists are highly skilled and attentive. Incredible massage and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

I tried the massage here and the masseuse seemed to not know how to perform a massage at all. She lightly traced over my arms and back. She couldn't improve it despite me asking so many times about harder pressure. All this, but she ended up demanding a $20 tip, and when I questioned about it, she mentioned it is the normal tip amount. Since when has tipping 50% become normal in this country?

Massage was OK. Nothing special. They were basically demanding tips ahead of the massage which I rejected and when the massage was over, they demanded 50% in tip.
