Absolutely horrible. I have never been in so much pain after a massage the service was horrible and then they had the nerve to ask for a tip and said I didn’t tip enough will never go back and don’t recommend at all

This is our new go to spot for our weekly couples massage. The ladies are so sweet and they do a great job balancing working the knots out and making the massage relaxing. They even offer a punch card for a free massage after so many visits. They recently had a special for a free massage for veterans and first responders on veterans day.

I had a wonderful 60-minute massage with Queenie the other evening (“Queenie” is the name she gives for anglophones such as myself to be able to pronounce and remember). She is a skilled therapist and I especially enjoyed/appreciated the time she spent on my skull and face. The prices are a ridiculously good deal and the business is every bit as professional as larger, chain businesses (which I and my wife also love and visit as often as money allows). If you have only been to those “larger businesses,” here are a few things I wish someone like me would’ve told someone like me before I went for my first time: 1) They ask that you pay cash before the session. Feel free to pay exact price, then tip after your session. 2) Therapists sometimes use more oil than at other businesses. Part of the massage is getting rubbed down with a warm, wet towel afterwards. It’s delightful. So, know that’s coming and/or ask for lighter use of oil. 3) I believe it is normal during a couples massage for the two therapists to have a bit of conversation at times during the massage. If you’re getting a couples massage and would like quiet, just ask for quiet (it’s what we do now). 4) Enjoy!

Recommend taking cash to prevent credit card fee. Know ahead of time that this is a deep massage with hard pressure. If you are hurt easily by a massage, maybe let them know first or try somewhere else. Also know your booty may feel more air than it has in a while. Put your modesty aside. That being said, this was a FANTASTIC massage. She worked out knots in my shoulder that had been bothering me so bad. She knew exactly how to move each muscle for massaging and/or stretching to get the tightness out. She wasn’t afraid to get up on my back and pull or stretch me around to get to some muscles that I didn’t even know needed it. I was a little bit like jello when I went to leave and ready to take a nap. I will be back!

1st visit to Phoenix massage. I've had a few massage therapists over the years but this experience is in my top 2. Anna was amazing. Very thorough, consistently great pressure and stretching incorporated. Hydration after. Yes I was asked to paid first. I didn't mind since I'd have to pay anyway. As long as im pleased i tip 20% minimum, usually after the massage. I'll be going back.

First they want you to pay cash if not they want you to pay first and tip before getting your massage done. The Lady would tell you that 20% of tip is mandatory. Which is not true. It doesn’t say it anywhere . Atmosphere in general looks dirty and cheap. Not a good massage either. I would not come back and I don’t recommend it to anybody. Not professional

I have been going here for some time and always loved it until recently. The ladies that did amazing left. Last time I went I got a massage from Queenie and wasn’t impressed, so today I tried Nancy. She pushed her thumbs into both my shoulders and then just rubbed my back, arms and legs. No actual massaging. I could have just had my boyfriend do that at home for free. And then when I tipped her $20, she told me that I needed to tip $30-40. I won’t be going back.

My wife and I visited the location since we were in the area and big mistake. We kept having to tell them to go softer, but they wouldn’t listen!! The massage felt like they were jumping from the ceiling and stomping on our backs with their hands and feet! I do not recommend at all.

It was overall decent- I felt very pressured to leave a tip. I did leave to grab cash for a tip because they have a 3% credit card fee and she was almost upset that I said I would come back. I tipped $20, which I feel is totally fair; I did not enjoy the pressure to tip

It was the most relaxing massage I have had for sometime. They are a little more expensive than most Asian Massages but it was worth it.

Will probably Never go back to this massage parlor again. Had a 3 Hour massage and was suppose to have Jennifer do massage and got stuck with another person that did a terrible job on my massage . Not only did I waste my money on massage I called owner of business and tried to explain to her I was not happy At All and she didn't make me feel any better at all about the situation and ended up hanging up on me. Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!

Holy smokes! When I say that this is the best massage I have ever had, I surely mean it. I have had plenty of massages done but these ladies were so nice. I just got a 30 minute cupping massage and the lady doing the massage kept asking me if I was doing okay. She was very nice and sweet. I would highly recommend this place. I live close by so quite frankly, I don't want to go anywhere else. They are really affordable, but most of all, I was completely satisfied. I got my massage done kind of late, around 9:15 at night, and I still felt like a welcomed customer. They gave me a punch card, and after the 10th one, you get a 60 minute massage for free! I will be back soon!

Probably the best Chinese massage I've had outside of China. Every part of the Tui Na massage was professional and well done.
