I came specifically to get the wrap. At the desk the receptionist informed me of the mechanisms of the treatment to get desired results. She said the wrap would get to 130 degrees and I will sweat. Alot. And that is the way you get rid of inches or water weight. I was really hesitant to do it because I was kind of afraid of the level of heat involved. She emphasized that yes, it would be extremely hot, like a Sauna, and like a Sauna, I would sweat a great deal. I was game because this was the treatment I traveled an hour for. But. 45 minutes and I didn't feel extremely hot, just warm. And when I got out and pulled off the plastic suit they give you to accelerate the sweating, I was bone dry. I did not sweat One Bit. Not even my feet or my crevices. They asked me questions like if I did botox (no). The nice attendant said it was strange that I didn't sweat, she sweats alot when she uses it. On a whim I tried the salt cave, but that was not the reason I came. I told them I don't think I should pay at all for something that didn't work as they promised it would. She replied that l didn't have to pay for the salt cave, which was great, but I didn't come for the salt cave. I came for the wrap because I have something to attend coming up and I wanted its effects. She offered me second complimentary salt cave, with the combination of the two free services equaling the price of the wrap. Which sounds fair, except I did not come for the salt cave at all. I just glanced up as I was booking the wrap and was like cool, I might want to try the cave after the wrap. I believe that if you pay for a service and are detailed about the way it will work, and it didn't do any of what was promised l, doesnt that mean that I didnt get the service and I should get a refund? This is simple good business practice. They didnt move from their stance that I could not get a refund. Pretty nonsensical and unfair. The women were nice, but I don't think I'll take them up on the offer of another complimentary salt cave. It is not what I need, nor why I came.

I got a spray tan and it was so amazing. It went on so even. I am very pale and I got medium tan and it’s the perfect summer glow. The owners are amazing and nice and the front desk person is the sweetest!

Phrost service is excellent everyone working there is nice and helpful, they have the cleanest machines every time to use and a variety of different machines for personal health care I’m hooked on the Cryotherapy

Delaney was 10/10 amazing! Super helpful and sweet. I came in last night to grab a gift certificate for my boyfriend and I for Valentines Day since we never got to use the ones he got us last year and she just made the whole experience great. Can’t wait to come back and put those certificates to use for a much needed spa day! Thanks again Delaney! Xoxo

10/10 experience. One of the young ladies there named Sapir was extremely kind and courteous when talking to me. I changed my mind on a purchase for a session and no hesitation she fully refunded me. An absolute sweetheart!

Came here one week before my wedding and I’m so glad I did!! I asked Nikki what she recommended for me and it was just what the doctor ordered!!! I got a fit wrap, followed by 20 mins in the sauna, then immediately into cryo ice room to snatch everything up! I ended with 8 mins in the KBL tanning bed to give me a nice wedding glow. Nikki helped and guided me at each step, bringing me ph water and fresh robes when I needed it. I felt AMAZING after the Nikki special and can’t wait to bring all my girlfriends there for a spa day. Thank you Phrost!!!

10/10 recommend! The team is so knowledge and helped me pick out what services would be beneficial for my needs. The salt cave is so relaxing and the cryo leaves you feeling rejuvenated. Cryotherapy is AMAZING!!!!! I suffer with pain in both ankles. I was told cryotherapy would help with inflammation. It is a must from now on! It helps with the pain right away. I bought a package so I can come back and remain pain free. I went back to go in the mystic spray tanning booth which I love ❤️They also have state of the art tanning beds. There is so much this place has to offer, a Himalayan salt cave. Wow it’s beautiful! There is an oxygen bar, facials, something for everyone.Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. a hidden gem.🙂
