I have gone to Pia’s for many years and been very happy. Last week I had a normally relaxing pedicure but this time there was a gentleman listening to a webinar on rebuilding after the hurricane quite loudly on his speakerphone. No one asked him to turn it down even though it was annoying to all of us. A staff member increased the volume on the spa music, but he turned up his volume as well. Once Pia was made aware of the situation, she was not concerned enough to contact me. Obviously, my business is not appreciated.

This was my second time at Pia’s, and it was as wonderful as the first. Front desk greeted me, and was more than happy to assist with prepaying my treatment and tip. My Technician was prompt, friendly, and greeted me with a smile and introduction. Once in the treatment room, she reiterated what I had mentioned in my questionnaire, and asked follow-up questions to ensure she understood my concerns and problem areas. Room ambiance and temperature were perfect. At the completion of the facial, Olivia answered my questions regarding the type of facial that I should get next, and she explained what each entail so I could make an informed decision. The treatment was fantastic!! Deep pore cleansing, electric wand, red light therapy, etc - just wonderful. Pia’s facials are definitely a self-care treat. Aside from the face and décolletage pampering, the legs, feet, arms, hands, shoulders, neck and scalp massages are AMAZING, and significantly enhance the experience compared to other spas I have attended. I will most certainly be back.

I have been going here for more than 10 years and the experience is top notch every time no matter who I see. Their work is the best you’re going to get, and when I get asked by friend *and* strangers where I get my brows done (which I swear happens from time to time), I point everyone to Pia’s.

I have been going to Pia since I moved to Tampa, over 18 years ago. The staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful; ownership is amazing and I can see why they run a very successful business. It is the only spa I go to and recommend to everyone I know.

I swear by Tracy to do my lashes!! She is so thorough and gentle- I refuse to let anyone else lay a finger on my beautiful lashes!

I started coming to pia from the very beginning. Her customer service is always impeccable and each of the services she offered are always to my 100% satisfaction. I have tried other places closer to my area but nothing measures to the standard of quality at pia.

Pia is amazing. The whole experience of my appointment with her was top-notch- from the personalized care, to the eyebrow shaping itself. One of the best shapings I’ve had in a while! She also makes you feel like a valued customer. I can’t wait to come back again.

Always a perfect experience at Pia’s. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. Pia and her entire team work together and provide exceptional service to everyone. I don’t mind driving from RIverview because I know that my precious “me time” is always relaxing and rejuvenating at Pia’s!

I just had my eyebrows micro bladed at Pia’s and they turned out fantastic! I have been going to Pia for over 15 years for eye brow shaping. The staff is top notch and I always enjoy my experiences there. Pia took so much extra time with the micro blading making sure I was satisfied during each step. We finished the touch up yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. I already received several compliments, my eyebrows POP!

Pia staff and front desk are absolutely the best! Every service from facials, manicure, pedicures and waxing are second to none. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by the front desk staff who welcome you and make sure ever need is taken care of. No place else-I often linger just to visit and soak in the love! Customer service 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Services are great but the only reason for the 3 stars is because booking online is hard. It shows that the technician who does my eyebrow microblading (Pia) is not available at all, ever, which I know is not true. Now I have to call and have a big conversation about it and book on the phone, which is a waste of 20 minutes. Between waiting on hold, explaining myself, hearing the person describe all the dates that the person is free, and booking the appointment, that’s 20 min.

Unfortunately we have had to part ways. The customer service Pia’s associates used to provide is no longer there. I had multiple bad experiences and when I asked to speak to the manager she was very nasty to me. I love Pia - however; I just don’t want to go where my needs are no longer met and the Manager was aggressive and rude. I wish her the best of luck! Call me when you have new management!!!

Don and Tracy made me and my best friend feel absolutely fabulous!! I know I will definitely be back and I told my boyfriend about how wonderful our experience was and how I will be scheduling a massage for him with Don. Happy 20th Anniversary! I’ve been going to Pia Day Spa for the last 13 years and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Pia and her staff are wonderful and talented people! She has created such a warm and welcoming place. Every service I have received exceeded my expectations and I had no hesitation booking appointments when they could reopen after the pandemic began. I absolutely love it there! Here’s to many more years!

Everyone at Pia’s is the best! The nail tech ladies Magali and Ines are friendly and are thorough with what they do! The best in ST! The upstairs estheticians Lidia, Leslie, Sol, Carmen, Pia, Cindy, and Tracy are also some of the best in ST! The massage therapists Don, Barbi and Karen are also amazing!! Plus the amazing receptionists they have make it worth coming from far away to get services. Going to anyone at this spa is the correct choice when getting your services done… the best spa possibly ever!

Have been going to Pia Day spa for years for nail services and it is by far the best place in South Tampa for nails. The service is so high quality and my Dazzle Dry mani/pedi lasts for weeks with no chipping. The technicians are always lovely to talk to and those pedicure chairs are so comfy and relaxing!

I recently experienced the most rejuvenating spa day at Pia! The massage was a blissful escape, melting away tension. Don is a skilled massage therapist who helped make a peaceful experience. The manicure and pedicure were expertly done. Leaving my hands and feet feeling pampered and polished. The serene ambiance makes this spa a must-visit for any relaxation enthusiast!

I went in for the deep pore cleansing it cost me $170. I did not know it included an arm and a hand massage and a foot massage 80 minutes. . What she did was an excellent job but next time I'll go back for a regular facial.
