I did not know a hair dresser could cut the hair in such a bad shape. I just asked for a 2 finger length cut to clean split ends and I was so impressed with the bad results that I have to share. Maybe the place is good for extensions but they should have told me they don't know how to cut the hair. they cut about 4 fingers and left my hair uneven and shapeless. I had to go to another hair salon the next day to get the hair fixed, and it was a challenge.

I went here after a bad hair cut and needed extensions. I was sold two packs of tape in hair, installation & a treatment to relax my natural hair for about $615. After 2 washes one extension fell out, two others were hanging on by 2 little hairs & one of them took a chunk out of my hair leaving me with a bald spot. I would go back and they would re-adjust them for free claiming they “didn’t put enough hair in to hold up the extensions”. You can see all of the extensions in my hair because they are sticking out and no amount of brushing or blow drying covers the tape in’s & not just the ones on the top but all through out my head you can see the extensions. The hair gets tangled within 10 mins of brushing it. So I have to walk around with a brush in my purse. My mother went in with her own extensions to get them installed & the owner took a video of her before and after, as if it were her own extensions. She posted it on the company Instagram even though the extensions were made by another stylist & never credited him in her caption. They take photos of your before and after and make sure they move your hair around so you can’t see the obvious differences in your hair from the extensions & your real hair. I will not go back to try and “fix” them again because it’s not worth my time. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any hair salon. I feel like I deserve some kind of reimbursement for the horror show I have gone through with these extensions & right before my wedding. Never again. Now I’m at a different hair salon having to spend another $450 to get them looking somewhat good for my wedding day. I’m convinced all the positive reviews are friends or customers that haven’t gotten extensions. Cause their is no way this is a five star place.

Me encanto el lugar desde que conocí la primera vez por la atención y el ambiente muy acogedor y ameno. Me hice el tratamiento de Genoma & me puse unas extensiones me quedaron espectacular. El tratamiento me dejo mi cabello súper hidratado y las extensiones son de cabello natural que me quedaron Justo con mi tono de highlights 🤗 súper contenta con el trabajo en especial de Liena que me atendió 🥰
