Wasn’t able to go to an appointment in the morning because when i woke up, my car wasn’t functioning, i kindly sent a message letting them know that im having issues starting my car, i asked if there was any time available tomorrow (if not totally understand) and asked if it’s not possible, how about next week. i got a response back saying that they were busy tomorrow, which i understood, i asked about the upcoming week and got a whole lecture saying that “i didn’t ask you for a deposit, my time is extremely valuable, you need to go find service somewhere elsewhere thanks” personally, don’t think the deposit part was my fault, i wasn’t asked anything about it, i wouldn’t mind paying it 100% i would’ve paid it even after if she would’ve asked, the form of coming at me was extremely unprofessional. I didn’t get asked anything about a “deposit” or let alone even got a name or anything about who my appointment was with. Business isn’t going to grow until the customer service is fixed.

Best place to get a haircut. Friendly, professional personal all of them . Clean and comfortable areas. Some of the guys here work by appointment only ( they're really good ). This please is under new management. Highly recommend.
