Took my 11 month old son to get his first haircut, Lasha was amazing, she was quick and efficient & the cut looks amazing! When we got back to the cashier she had him rolling laughing! You can tell the staff cares about what they do! Very appreciative, definitely will be back!

We drive 30 minutes just for haircuts and it's worth it. Great barbers and awesome customer service.

It’s a fun atmosphere. The stylist’s Saadia and Lasha are great with the kids. They do an amazing job . Anissa good with the kid!! Ashley is ok but is alittle lazy and there it Mavel she is ok to with the kids but needs to little to the clients alittle more .I would highly recommend it to anyone to bring their kids here.

Amazing first experience with my 13 month old son! We were early and they took us on time! Our stylist was incredibly patient even though he did cry and we had to calm him. She did an incredible job and was so good with me and my mom as we were going through the first time experience together!! Affordable shop with friendly front desk help too! Love the first hair cut package!

Lasha, you are amazing!! My grandson was not having it when getting his hair cut and was very difficult. You did an awesome job getting the job done and his hair looks perfect!! We will be back for sure.

Our little boy had his 3rd haircut here at 20 months and for some reason this time he had a total meltdown when we got here. The staff was incredible at calming him down and distracting him and turned what could have been a really stressful situation into a great one! Lasha was able to cut his hair successfully and he looks adorable. I could not thank them enough for their flexibility and help we will be coming back for all of his haircuts!

My 4 year old HATES haircuts and cries the entire time so we procrastinate getting them for as long as possible. Today, we bit the bullet and took him in for a long overdue cut. Everyone in the salon was wonderful and patient but I have to give a huge shoutout to Ashley! She was the stylist for my son and her patience with him was that of a saint! She had a calming tone and kept telling him “it’s okay baby, we’re almost done”. She was quick with the cut to minimize the tantrum and it came out exactly the way I wanted! Yes, some people may argue that this salon is more expensive than a regular barber, but it’s worth every bit of the price! You aren’t only paying for the experience of the stylist, you’re paying for the patience, compassion, and understanding they show to all the children. Thank you again to everyone at the Annapolis location and especially to Ashley! We will DEFINITELY be requesting you again! Quick additional note….the piece of hair “flying” in the picture was from my son trying to curl that piece around his finger. I promise Ashley didn’t do that or leave it like that 🤣

Saadia was amazing with our son! It was his first haircut, but she took her time with him and was so understanding. The haircut came out super fun too. We wanted a fun mini mohawk but that could easily just be a comb over with a part for the day to day, and she nailed it. Thanks for a wonderful experience Saadia!

Stacie and Saadia were amazing. They made my daughter feel so welcome and were very good with kids. Stacie helped my wife out a lot over the phone on tips to detangle hair. Probably spent an hour or so on the phone over the course of 2 days. We will be back!

We took our son for his first cut and loved are hair dresser, Ashley. She was great at distracting him and keeping him entertained. We also loved how they had a first hair cut package where they took his picture and framed it for us. Definitely would recommend!

Stacy and Saadia were so wonderful from beginning to end! My son is 22 months and got his first haircut today, no tears or fussing at all! Saadia took it slow and showed him the clippers and everything went so smoothly. They even had little fidget toys on the steering wheels! Thank you all so much, what a great memory 🥹

We have been getting haircuts here for over a year now. We love Lasha as our child’s stylist. She is phenomenal. Today, I made a call to make an appt because the app was glitching and wouldn’t allow me to book the 4:00pm slot that it said I booked and it was also not confirmed via the app. Stacy picked up the phone and I asked her what the availability is for a haircut for my son. She told me that she was fully booked. I asked if they took walk-ins, and she told me that it was a 50/50 shot of being able to be seen. I asked if she had any other availability for the afternoon and again, she said “No.” She then told me she was closed tomorrow and the next availability for Lasha was Thursday and I told her we would not be in town at that time. I then said, okay, “Thank you” and our call ended there. Moments after, I received a phone call from the salon and it seems like it was an accidental dial back. Stacy was trash talking me as a customer saying that I was wanting Lasha to come in on her day off and that I would tip her $10 up to $30 to do so. Stacy then asked Lasha if she would be willing to come in on her day off for a customer for one appt at a set time. That was a COMPLETE and utter LIE. How dare someone lie about a conversation about a customer?! Just to make it seem more dramatic?! I am flabbergasted at the audacity of this staff member to pick up the phone, act one way, and then trash talk me as a customer shortly after. I am appalled at the lack of customer service and feel completely disrespected by this staff member, Stacy. She should not be an employee that deals with children on a daily basis. That was absolutely ridiculous from a customer service standpoint. I am completely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this staff member, Stacy. She should be let go and not be able to deal with children and parents any longer. I am requesting a response from the supervisor and management of this business. 5 stars for Lasha, 1 star for customer service from Stacy. It is truly sad that a business that caters to children and their parents has staff members that are absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate.
