This was such a fun experience! Both of my boys had the pirate package. Their haircuts came out so cute and they had a blast with the pirate gear. We loved the playroom to keep whoever was not getting their haircut at that moment occupied and happy. That was a super unexpected but awesome perk. Even better still was the friendly service and experienced, patient stylists. We would definitely do it again!!

Couldn't have had a better experience with my boys! Their first haircuts at another place was so traumatic for all of us so I was hesitant to take them for another haircut but my goodness, Stacey was EXCELLENT. Will be back again!!

I had a wild 2 year old and Pigtails and Crewcuts was wonderful last February. Ms. Kristina was so kind and made my kid extremely comfortable. We got the "my first haircut" photo and hair trimmings which made the entire experience even more special!

We love it here. Both of my boys have been getting their haircuts here for years. The staff is welcoming, kind and understanding in a way that makes getting a haircut a fun activity for my boys! All of the hairstyles are amazing but our favorite is Alex. He is so great with my youngest, always kind, caring, and calm. Also, the atmosphere is inviting!

Usually quality til the main hair cutter we used was absent and we were left with Alex. It butchered the young boys hair. This was not a hair cut it was an assault. It literally could had placed a bowl on the child's head and done a better job. Alex was a disgrace.

All workers are very friendly and always greet us as we walk through the door. They work with my children to cut their hair and help them understand what happening. Comparable prices with other children’s haircuts, but the workers here go above and beyond to make my child comfortable.

I wish this place existed when I was a kid! It's an affordable yet amazingly fun haircut experience for the kids. My daughter loves it here and always asks when she can go back for another haircut. The staff is wonderful and is always kind. They also provide sensory friendly haircut experiences upon request.

Kristina was amazing with our kids and you can definitely tell she has the experience. The entire establishment is very welcoming and has toys and interactive games while you wait. We will be back as soon as our boys hair needs it!

My son asked for a mo hawk and did not get that but the stylist was nice. I am just not sure they had much experience. I wish they had told me ahead of time they would not be able to do that style. I would have asked for a simple trim. I am not sure that we will return after that experience.

The staff is patient, knowledgeable, and polite! They offer allergen free products and my child is happy getting his hair cut!

We brought our son here for his 1st haircut experience when he was about 10 months old and it went wonderfully. We got a photo & a piece of his hair for a keepsake. After he got a bit older we decided to just have a friend try to cut his hair and we even tried cutting it ourselves but it was an AWFUL experience. He was totally freaked out about the idea of having his hair cut. We brought him in today to see Brandy and she did an amazing job with our little guy! No tears at all. She was so patient and kept him happy and preoccupied the whole time. Not to mention his hair cut looks adorable. We are so relieved and will definitely be back! 😊

I had an appointment at 1220 and arrived at 1221. They checked us in and we waited 40 minutes . At that time the receptionist came back and said they were going to do a baby trim before they took us. I was baffled that we had already waited 40 minutes and they were telling me they were putting someone else before us. When I voiced my frustration I was told they gave our appointment time to someone else because we were 1 minute late!! That might have been nice to tell me before we waited 40 minutes. We received no apology or further explanation, so me and my son left. After that experience and poor communication, this place has officially lost our business!! It’s a shame because we have used this place since the twins were born and that one experience left a horrible taste in my mouth!

The customer service is unmatched! The way Miss Phoebe and Miss Kristen are with my daughter cannot be replicated! We love them! Professional and personal all at once! Plus my child is treated with loving respect and gets the full treatment and a beautiful cut everytime! We will never go anywhere else👌🥰

Amazing atmosphere and I was incredibly impressed With their bedside manner and freshen lesson with my Nuro spicy children. Not to mention the fairy hair and faux hawk turned out amazing! We will be coming back!

Christina was amazing! I was apprehensive getting my sons hair cut at 6 months because I have only heard of people waiting for a year or more ... But he was in serious need of a trim because his hair was driving crazy with how uneven it was. I explained that I didn't want clippers to his head, but just needed an even trim. Christina listened to my request and was very gentle with my son. He did so well and we were in and out within 20 mins. We ordered the first cut package and the picture came out perfectly! Very pleased

I just want to say how impressed I was with EVERYONE at pigtails & crewcuts today! Alex was our main stylist and he’s always amazing. Katelyn did braids on the fly for my daughter, and she was awesome too. As I waited I watched everyone's interactions, and even though they were super busy all were just so pleasant. They had several special needs children, and all of the staff was so empathetic and compassionate. It was just so touching to see. Thank you for amazing service!

If I could just give Kaitlyn 10 stars, I would! She is patient and so sweet and kind with both my kids, especially my autistic son who we have always struggled to do haircuts with. She’s amazing! Only putting four stars because we have had a poor experience with the manager on multiple occasions. She was the first one to cut my son’s hair and she was not at all patient or kind to him, even though it says she is sensory friendly. When we have come for visits with other stylists she often looks angry, and last time we were there as we were getting into our car, she was walking down the sidewalk talking to someone cussing a couple of times. If you are going to work at a professional place, especially with kids, that was extremely unprofessional and many parents don’t want their kids to be hearing those things and you were right outside your own place of business. Sadly I cannot report her to anyone as she is the manager or I would have told them what happened and also recommended her sensory certification be reevaluated. Again, we only return for Kaitlyn and if she went to a different salon, we’d follow her in a heartbeat.

My daughter loves her haircut and had a wonderful experience overall with our stylist, Katelyn! Katelyn was fun to talk to and was very engaging with my daughter throughout the entire appointment. She did an excellent job with my daughter's hair and nailed the haircut and style she was hoping to receive. We will definitely be visiting again and I absolutely recommend this salon!

Staff were very friendly and great with kids! I loved the theme. My kids loved sitting in the cars for their hair cuts. Afterwards it was a struggle getting our kids to leave. We will definitely go here for their next haircuts!

We recently made the drive across the water to visit Pigtails and Crewcuts after hearing so many wonderful things about this location, and it was absolutely worth the trip! My son usually struggles with haircuts due to bad past experiences, but Kristina made him feel at ease from the very beginning. She was so kind and welcoming, offering him a cookie and a lollipop right away, which really helped calm him down. Kristina even had one of the other staff come over to blow bubbles, creating a fun distraction that worked perfectly. The whole process was incredibly quick—his haircut took only 10 minutes—and the result was fantastic. My son left smiling, which is a huge change from his usual discomfort during haircuts. I highly recommend this place to any parents looking for a stress-free haircut experience for their children. They have an awesome play area and several themed chairs, like fire trucks. It’s also great to know they support the military community with a discount. The extra drive was definitely worth it, and we’ll be coming back again for his future haircuts. Best place to take the kids for their haircuts. I’ve been taking both kids since they could sit up. Pigtails and Crewcuts also do an amazing job with my one child who is autistic.

My child doesn't do well with haircuts at home so we decided to try pigtails & crewcuts. At first my son was scared but Kristina was able to quickly and lovingly get him comfortable and distracted and gave him an awsome hair cut! We will definitely be back!

Great first time experience at this location. Ms Stacey did a fabulous job with my son and we were able to complete his first professional hair cut. They were also very accommodating to his sensory needs. Will definitely be a returning customer.
