Our son is not yet two years old. He is well-behaved and polite. Try to put him in a chair for a haircut? You now have a home-bred bobcat. He wriggled and fought and screamed and cried. Brenda, who was unfortunate enough to draw his number, brought toys and snacks and put on his favorite video, all to no avail. I can not express how impressive she was following his dodges and jukes; he stood no chance. She was sweet and reassuring as my wife and I kept apologizing for the noise and behavior. The haircut looked great, and I will highly recommend this place as well as Brenda herself to anyone who asks. Thank you, Brenda!

My son is Autistic so he hates getting his haircut. We saw Roni this past Sunday and she was fantastic. She did so well with my son. She was so patience and calm. I'm so glad we found Roni and this place. We will Definitely be lifetime customers. Its so hard to find people that are knowledgeable about kiddos with disabilities.

Took our 2 year old for his first cut. The staff was so friendly, the store was clean.... there wasn't much of a waiting area except for one person to sit with the one getting their hair cut.... the front had lots of toys, games and hair products for sale too. The sales items in the front made it a little cramped, but they did have some cute stuff.

We loved Shai! She was so great with my daughter and I highly recommend her. My daughter had a lot of tangles and she did incredible work to get them out without her crying. She was super patient and had great ideas on how to best cut her hair. My daughter loved it in the end so much. She was so knowledgable about hair and how to best take care of her hair. We will be back. Thank you Shai for making my daughter’s day!

Great place to get your kids haircut. It's a fun experience for children. My son loves getting his haircut there. And, if they're super busy, they have a cute play room for the kids.

Ronnie and the whole team did an excellent job taking care of us! My daughter came in after having surgery and had very tangled and matted hair. She has sensitive scalp and the team took extra care with her. She doesn't always love getting haircuts, but she loves how she looks. We will definitely keep going here. :)

Amazing salon, play waiting room was a nice touch since we were early. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my baby’s hair, our stylist handled my toddler and all his movements so well, thank you for making his first hair cut such a wonderful experience!

Belinda is THE greatest! She is patient, kind, and so talented with my sensory sensitive son. The environment is also great. TV’s (but not too many or too loud), great toys for sale, toys to play with during the cut, and the treasure chest to look forward to after! Of course, my son’s favorite part is the different vehicles he can choose to sit in. We are SO grateful to have found this place! Please come up to Prescott :)

My daughter came in to see Roni for a bang trim. She was extremely short and rude to us. She charged us $20 for a bang trim that she rushed - didn’t even comb out the rest of my daughter’s hair. She walked away abruptly from us to help the next client without a word. My daughter was extremely upset as she’s seen Belinda before and is used to better service. I will NOT be going back to Roni.

The service was amazing! We came to get my daughter's ears pierced, and all the staff were excited for her and reassured her it would be fast. We were in and out in 10 minutes!

The team at Pigtails & Crewcuts Happy Valley is so great with my kids. My son rarely cries (the only time he has was because someone else was in the airplane and he wanted to be in it haha). They are patient and kind when doing the kids hair, and my kids always come away looking amazing.

I took my daughter here for her first haircut, and I’ll admit I was a bit apprehensive my daughter can be a little sensitive when it comes to her hair. However the stylist was amazing, made her feel so comfortable and the best part there were no tears! They also have summer deals on certain days of the week so be sure to read before you go. In addition they were able to see us same day, didn’t have to wait forever for an appointment. 5/5 definitely check them out!
