Luke at the East location was great with my son’s haircut. Best experience I’ve had taking him anywhere, as goes for our experience with this stylist. Great haircut, funny jokes, quick and easy.

My son usually isn’t a fan of getting his haircut and tends to cry. At pigtails and crew cuts the environment is very kid friendly and the stylist do a great job at keeping your child comfortable during their haircut. 10/10 would recommend if you have a younger child. My son left happy and with a great haircut.

It was our first time visiting and my grandchildren's first professional haircuts! We loved that there is a waiting/play area for them to play before they got their hair cut. The themed seats were a big hit as well! Both children had a different stylist who went out of their way to make it a fun experience overall! In fact, after we left, my granddaughter kept saying "I want another haircut!" we will definitely be back!

Probably the worst boys haircut I have ever seen. The guy rushed through the haircut and it looks ridiculous.

Mr Luke is always great with my son! He enjoys when he gets his haircut there, makes the process easy! He especially loves the color he gets at the end!

Come here to get your children’s ears pierced! The staff were wonderful. The facility is clean, the technicians were experienced, professional and kind. Definitely recommend!

Both of my daughter’s love to get their hair cut at Pigtails and Crewcuts. More recently, my youngest daughter decided she wanted to get her ears pierced there. It was a great experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Mr. Luke does an amazing job with my autistic son. Mr.Luke is fast and patient. My son thinks haircuts are fun now. Mr. Luke will add hair color spray for added fun.

(2022)Miss Carissa was amazing ! This was his very 1st haircut and I was very anxious. She mad it such a phenomenal experience for all of us. (2023) I have only taken him here since. Miss Carissa and Mr Luke have now both cut his hair, and he looks forward to it. As soon as his hair gets long he starts asking me when we are going to get it cut! I love it 💕💕

I don't usually write reviews, but our experience yesterday deserves one. Miss Jodie was absolutely amazing with both of my children. She was so patient with my almost 2-year-old son, cutting his hair while he shifted into odd positions, and keeping him entertained with a comb and magnets to distract him. But the real standout moment was with my older son, who is 3.5 years old and has autism. Miss Jodie was incredible. We’ve been going to Pigtails and Crewcuts for years and have never had a bad experience, though my son usually cries due to overstimulation. This is never a reflection on the staff, who have always been great—it’s just a lot for him to handle. Typically, we ask them to cut his hair quickly while we hold him still. However, this time was different, beyond what I could have hoped for. Miss Jodie explained every step to Hudson before she touched him, asked if he wanted to feel the razor, and worked quickly while letting him look down if needed. She allowed me to hold him, gave constant encouragement, and wiped his neck several times to reduce discomfort. She even put baby powder on his neck to prevent itching. What impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness—she avoided using the blow dryer and even kindly asked another staff member to hold off until we left. Her understanding of autism and her support for my son were extraordinary. Please ensure she receives recognition for her efforts! We will definitely be coming back to see her.

The hairstylist was so good with our 1 year old, even when he started to get a little fussy and restless. His haircut looks so good and he is getting so many compliments. The keepsake they gave us for his first cut is priceless. We loved everything about our experience!

I absolutely loved this place! We did my 4 year old daughter's birthday party here and it was perfect! They did hair and makeup, nails, and even had karaoke for the kids. There were a couple of boys at the party and they got cool boy hair, and made sand jars. Then,y daughter got her hair cut in a kid airplane seat. And since it was her first hair cut, the ladies took a picture and put it with the hair on a memory frame. I Loved IT! Update 7/26/24 We came back to get my daughter’s hair cut and I remembered why we love this place so much! Our stylist was so friendly! We loved her! My son even got to play video games while he waited for sister to get her hair done!
