Kim was an absolute wonderful nail tech! The salon itself was cute and the music that they played made you feel relaxed and loved! I can’t wait to come back again to get my money in my petty great service for a great prices.

I have been twice. Evwryone is kind but they have sat me in a chair at my appointment time and I had to wait 20-30 min both times. The massager in the Pedicure chairs don't work well. I don't think I'll go back.

I got my nails done on June 3 and they had to get fixing my nail by June 7 I had to go back because the gel was pulling off. Went into store to have them fixed and I only was argued with and wanted me to come back in a few hours or another day. Then they allowed their customers to tell at me. I won't go back and I highly suggest not going to this store there are plenty near by. Now June 11th and more nails are peeling

This was my first time to a nail shop in two years. I have medical conditions (pain disorder and thyroid disorders) that deter me away. Roy did my deluxe pedicure and full set. I'm very picky about acrylic nails, but he did them exactly how I wanted them. I'm also extremely ticklish on my feet, but it wasn't too bad at all. I'll definitely be back as a regular. Thanks Roy!!

I really like this place, because I wanted to find somewhere in the NW Valley that wasn’t going to over charge me💰💰just to get my nails done. This place has been great. They can usually get me in right when I want and with the person I ask for. Mark, does a fantastic job! Make sure you tip him well for his detailed work. 💅🏻 I see him every 2-3 weeks and he always knows exactly what I like. I hate thick acrylic nails, he takes his time, and makes mine thin and sleek. They always look so natural and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. 👍🏻

i don’t recommend this salon for pedicures. I went in yesterday and while my technician seemed nice, she was very very rough on my feet. I was left with several cuts and I even bled. Towards the end she put this super HOT lotion on my legs that I was so uncomfortable. Please go somewhere else for your pedicures and don’t waste your money here.

Called for an appointment and they were able to get me in right away. The hand massage was fantastic, very relaxing. I picked the perfect color for my nails. Highly recommend and I’ll be going back in a few weeks to get another polish and manicure.

I was very grateful to get a gel manicure and a wonderful pedicure. I had a major stroke 2 years ago. Another nail salon would not work with me because of my condition. The young ladies in this salon was excellent. I will definitely return here.

The deluxe pedicures here have been my much-needed pregnancy splurge, they’re the BEST. Love all the nail techs and the atmosphere is very calming. Highly recommended if you need an excuse to relax and treat yourself.

Great experience. My technician was very precise, didn't rush it like most of them in other salons. Very nice and quiet salon where you can actually relax. I will definitely be back.

Just went here for the first time and I was was very happy with the services and quality of the work. I had Emily who was very kind and thorough. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure and gel manicure. I will definitely go back.

Paid for service that I didn't receive in full, rude employee that refused to let me talk to her manager/supervisor, lied and said "we don't have one" and when I asked to speak to someone else that could help me, "no one wants to talk to you". As a regular customer, this was enough to consider taking my money elsewhere the next time I need a salon.

This so called business doesn’t honor appts…I had an appt with Cindy and I arrived on time. Cindy had just started a pedicure on another customer so I was asked to wait 45 minutes until she was finished or come back later, which I declined. They have no respect for the customers’ time, they act on greed.

i dropped into Pink Rose Nails yesterday to get a new acrylic full set done. i had gone to previous salons in the area and thought i would give PRN a chance. they have lots of parking and the salon is easy to get to. my nail tech, Cindy, was polite, friendly, and gentle on my nails. i'll definitely be back!
