Been coming here for over 2 years ! Love doing my nails here . I do my nails with Ken , and he does fantastic . Always on time , and the place clean and relaxing .

wasted my time booking a appointment and wasted gasoline to get there. Since when i got there at the time of my appointment, the person that confirmed/ was supposed to do my nails had already gone home without a care in the world 🏖🌴

I came into this salon after it was given much praise by a relative. When I went for myself I was given to a woman named Amy all the way to the back of the salon who did a very bad job of not only servicing my feet, but when it came time to remove my acrylics and place only gel, she harshly took off the nail and the acrylic on top with straight acetone. When she was painting my nails there’s was a bunch of bumps, polish under my nails and even on the palm of my hand. When I asked her to please color my nail entirely because she missed some edges and the front of the nail she became rather rude and painted my right hand again even after already placing top gel coat. Needless to say all my nails on the left hand came out chunky and on my right there were all bumpy. Unfortunately when I got home, already disappointed with the sloppy service I noticed they had charged me twice.. I went back in and argued with the owner who was also rather rude and kept rolling his eyes at me and saying “whatever” and said that my nails were only bumpy because I had acrylic on originally and “acrylic messes up nails” mind you this has never happen to me before and definitely not in the salon I normally go to. ..this is place is not good whats so ever.. I had such a horrible experience. I thought I was done with them but then four days after the ordeal, I was charged another 60$ from Pink and white nail salon and alerted my bank that it was fraud. These people literally charged me three times! So I had to cancel my card and be sent another one .. Today I removed my thumb polish and realized that the ACRYLIC on my nails is still on there and was never removed.. please PLEASE be careful if you are going or if you go here. I took a picture so everyone can see.. this is ridiculous.

I used to be happy w this place till I came today. Me and my sister both got pedicures I’m happy with mine but neither of us are happy with hers. Mind you they have NO SIGNS that says “no refunds no exceptions”. She picked black gel and they did her toes regular white. She also asked for her toes to not be cut too much and they cut more than she wanted. They charge way too much for the poor quality service they deliver. When I asked for a refund the lady said the man who did my sisters toes already did the job therefore she cannot refund which I understand but my sister repeatedly asked the man for what she wanted and he did the opposite. Horrible customer service and horrible job at pedicures. Def recommend Ken for full set acrylics tho.

First off, this facility is RACIST. So if I could give them -5 trillion stars I would. I came here for years and had no problems until they started hiring these new Hispanic women. One is named Indira who spoke so foul of black people when I was there and I am mixed race so you can imagine!!! Next, on my bday I made an appt for acrylics on my hands and feet and they ruined my entire bday and said they would not see me bc they overbooked. I made the appt in advance! I also called beforehand to ensure they would be able to see me. I decided to give Ken (the owner) the benefit of the doubt and came back one last time this week since I have always been a loyal customer. I decided to call and make an appt for 3PM. I even called TWICE to make sure they would see me that day bc I had an event later on. Ken confirmed I would be seen at 3pm and not to worry. When I arrived at 2:58 PM, three walk ins were there and seen before me. I let it slide. Two more WHITE women walk in and have a seat. After waiting ONE HOUR to be seen (at 4PM) Ken takes a WHITE woman in his seat before me after having me wait 1 hour when I had an appt I confirmed twice! The blatant racism and disrespect is DISGUSTING. I will NEVERRRRRR EVERRRRR in my life come to this trashy racist nail salon again. I feel so disrespected at how racist this facility is. After coming here for years I am done with the mistreatment. DO NOT COME HERE. They place went downhill when the nice Asian workers left. If you want great quality service without blatant disrespect, do yourself a favor and NEVER COME HERE.

It’s a bit disrespectful the amount of money they charge here for the work that they do. It’s always rushed. The last time I came, this lady managed to give me a full set in 15 minutes. I’m sure you can imagine how that turned out. It was a short set with french tips, none of the lines matched and in 3 days I had the GEL polish lifting off acrylic nails, that’s never happened to me before. The place seems unsanitary and the staff is pretty rude for the most part. They only care about making their money and show little to no interest in customer satisfaction. They will just get you in and out to move onto the next customer as quickly as possible. No quality work whatsoever. I don’t recommend ladies and gents

This place is horrible. i asked for a simple design of french nails and the lines came out super uneven and crooked. I saw the reviews with amazing designs so i thought they would be able to do simple french manicure and they couldn’t even do that.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a nail place. I would give zero stars if i could. They gave me an appointment for 10 am, then made me wait an hour past that, at which point i inquired about how much longer the wait would be, so that perhaps i could get breakfast and come back, and they became extremely rude and aggressive. I was with a toddler and with things i still had to do and it was Christmas eve. They lied to me about having an appointment, made me waste my time waiting with a child for over an hour, just to then say they had no time for the gel manicure. Meanwhile, they were taking walk ins. Stay away, these people are beneath you, believe me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Oh, and they have a 10$ card minimum which is illegal in Florida.
