Made the 35 minute drive to this location specifically for their child size manicure chair to treat my daughter. It was a hit, she loved feeling like a tiny grown up. I didn’t get the name of the young man who did her nails, but she said he was nice and super careful to not get any polish on her skin. Over a week later and her toes still look perfect as you can see in the pic. I decided to get my first set of tips put on and worried I’d hate it. The slightest imperfection would drive me nuts. My nails feel fantastic. Ryan is a perfectionist in his craft and really took his time making sure each nail was perfectly straight, even with the opposite hand, and smooth down to the cuticle for a natural feel. Again, over a week later and they look just as perfect as they did the day I got them done, and I’m really rough on my nails!! 10/10 worth the drive and their prices were great, too. My daughter and I will be back for sure.

I've been coming here for ten years. Never been to any other nail place. Didn't need to. Moved here from California, came in and never felt like I needed to go anywhere else. Hands, toes, eyebrows. It's all super sanitary and everyone is very nice and accommodating. Hand painted beautiful designs too! Tom is my guy! But they all are wonderful. - Debbie L.

Very disappointed. Drove 30 minutes so my daughter could use the little kid chair for a manicure/pedicure. They did not do a real manicure/pedicure and was more like a 15 minute nail color change. Paid $36. The color came off of my kid’s nails in her bath that night, not even 4 hours later. *EDIT* I did call and they told me to come back in. I do not have the time to drive another hour for this to be rectified and don't feel that this should have occurred in the first place.

Very nice. Got me in quickly and did a great pedi, paying special attention to my big toe inside corners because I always seem to get ingrown skin there. Hannah suggested something special for my acrylic fills and I gave her carte blanche and she chose a cat eye red (I did pick red) with planet & stars nail art. I always love it when techs offer to do art. Some aren't even willing to try a flower (talking to you downtown nail salon- Lush). I took one star away as I said I didn't need gel on my toes and they did it anyway. Which is really no biggie for me and its a small added cost (10). It is just that I made that decision to be a bit more frugal and I like the option of changing my toe color myself and that's a pain with gel. I had been there before and was having a gentleman do my nails when another tech came up and put wax on my brows saying I needed it. Actually I did enjoy it but overall that showed a lack of boundaries I wasn't prepared for. Thankfully I'm pretty good natured and enjoy getting pampered. I just want to be able to know my budget instead of being "womanhandled" into an add on service! They had also offered me food a person was eating last time because I commented it looked good. Which just goes to show it's a good natured lack of boundary 😃. All in all, I can recommend Pink & White. Enjoy!

I felt like the price they charged wasn’t worth what I received. One of the reasons I look forward to pedicures is the massage on legs and to clean up bottom of my feet. The massage was very brief and there was no callus remover with my pedicure which I paid 50 for.. Staff seemed nice and the massage chairs were awesome. Still left a decent tip but unfortunately won’t be back.

Ryan did such a great job. It is so hard to get natural nails anywhere without the gel looking too thick or heavy....Ryan did a perfect job! Thank you 🙏🏽 Color is called "inner peace" I will be back!

First time and wasn’t impressed. Needed a long overdue pedicure and wasn’t offered a menu for services.. she just stated and I asked is there something other than the package of supplies..she said 40, 50, 60, & 70.00. But since it’s been awhile she was charging 60.00. Did let me pick out my own polish she said she knew what I wanted!! Wrong and I’m not happy. The worse part was the tools were not a new set they were in a clump of her tools.. I looked around behind the chairs and the was trash and used glove behind there. Wow wasn’t massaging and only rubbed in lotion on right leg and wanted my jeans down to go to the nail station. I picked out a color and he started. Wasn’t friendly or ask if I wanted anything. I asked if they had the chrome and the nicest young man (not the man doing my nails) explained the chrome and for the color I had he picked one. The nails are terrible over product on the sides not flat, lumpy and color not complete all over the nails.. I’m going to have to fine someone else to fix this mess of a set. There was 2 very nice and caring techs I wish I had.. ( young man and a lady with great fun spiked hair, she was one I wish I had). Won’t be back. 120.00 plus tip!!

I went here for the first time and the employees were so friendly and nice . They offered us water and gave you their advice on nail colors. I will definitely be going back. Go see Linda

Called in the morning asking for the price of a half leg wax. The tech, Linda, clearly told me $40 for half leg. I agreed and she sent me a confirmation text with the time we agreed upon. Came in the afternoon at the scheduled time and had my wax done by her. Linda asked me for tip in cash, which I didn't have. So she said card was fine and asked how much I wanted to tip. The kicker: she runs my card and I get a receipt with 10 additional dollars added on to the price. She said "50 dollars for wax." I said "no, I thought you said 40 on the phone." She continued to deny it, so I signed, asked for a copy of the receipt, and left. When I got back home, I called telling her I had written the price down. Linda acted as if she didn't remember and told me she would take off 10 dollars on a future pedicure. I asked her if she could text me that information so that she "wouldn't forget." She texted me the info after sarcastically laughing at me on the phone. After thinking about it, I didn't want to continue this nightmare, and overall, this experience didn't sit well with me. I decided to call her 2 days later for a refund. She agreed, and I stopped by the salon. She paid me back the 10 dollars in cash. End of headache! I will not return to this salon, for any nail or wax service. They lost a customer over 10 dollars. I don't deal with dishonest and unethical people.

I can easily say this was the most awkward/uncomfortable pedicure I have ever had! First, and least of all, the place was messy and disorganized, with stuff piled on top of the back counter. Second, the woman (linda) who did my pedicure ignored me the whole time and was literally texting with one hand while doing my pedicure (not well) with the other. I have never been to a nail salon and saw anyone texting while doing nails it was so unprofessional. It would have been ok if it was a quick text, but she was literally texting THE ENTIRE TIME! I figured she had an emergency she was dealing with, so I didn't say anything. At the end of the pedicure, before she finished painting, she stopped and asked for MY phone. When I asked why, she said she wanted to put her number in my phone so I could reach out to her and schedule my future appointments (because my current experience was going so great, I would naturally want to do this again...? 🙄). I didn't feel comfortable giving her my phone, so she waited to finish my nails until I entered her number, and she got a text from me. When it was finally time for payment she started asking for my credit card without asking if I was even going to be paying with credit, and before giving me the price. She was so pushy and insistent it made me very uncomfortable about giving her my card info (I just had a bad feeling). Luckily, I had enough cash to pay, but before she gave me the change, she wanted to know how much I wanted to tip. I thought, after leaving, that would be the end of it, but then I started getting texts from her: "Hi sister good morning When you ready to come enjoy your pedicure and manicure and waxing everything Beautiful again When your toes hurt ingrown nails let me know We open 8PM tonight sister" "Hi sister How are you sister When you ready to come enjoy your pedicure and manicure and waxing everything Beautiful When your toes hurt ingrown nails let me know I book appointment for you ok sister Thanks you sister" And many more, I guess I now know why she was texting the whole time. I eventually had to block the number. I will not be returning, and I don't recommend anyone else go here.

I love Pink and White Nails. I have been coming here for about a year Ryan is my go to nail tech he is simply the very BEST! Ryan also does my pedicure couldn't imagine having anyone else caring for my mani and pedi he is the Best of the Best!!!!!!

It isn’t bad, but it isn’t good. I have been 3 times and feel like I can confidently write a review now. This last time I got my nails done by the man. They are all different shapes and the polish is very lumpy. The lady who normally does a good job is very pushy and like to charge for secret add ons that are not disclosed before the service. I paid $10 PER NAIL that was broke. $55 for a one color fill…

They were fast. So fast in fact i paid the $65 dollars for the most expensive pedicure and the tech only remembered to massage my right leg, placed the gel on the left leg and then just wiped it off. I also got acrylic nails, the tech left residual material so over my cuticles. These pictures are 30 minutes after getting them done and washing (scrubbing my nails twice). I won't be back.

the lady was crazy asking my 13 year old kid to give her a good tip she was very pushy and rude they tryed to scam my kids when they whent charging 100 dollars for a set of white nails they tryed to take advantage of children so horrible never experienced worse

I would give 0 stars if I could. They didn't explain our options for pedicures. Left the hot towels on so long it was cold n I had to remove them myself because the guy was doing another ladies nails. Did such a bad job that 1 week later my heels are rough and a cuticle on my toe actually hurts! I use to love this place before I moved to Dallas. So when I was visiting family in Tucson I returned n brought my family. No one had a good experience and none of us will return.
