Tom did my nails (full set dip) and I couldn’t be happier they came out perfect. Loved my watermelon pedicure was relaxing. Also had my eyes waxed loved my brows once they were done

First time at Pink & White Nails and was very impressed and happy! It is a very, very clean nail salon with a very relaxing atmosphere. I had an amazing pedicure by Michael and a manicure with Mindy. Both were excellent!

I came for a pedicure and have two nails fixed. I don't like how they aren't you front about pricing with you they kinda just start doing things. I had no clue how much a pedicure was or get polish or what it costs to have the two nails fixed especially since what they fixed wasn't actually what I wanted but they had no clue what textured glitter was. I definitely wasn't expecting $60. They don't stay up on the latest trends,etc just the same basic things. I like the newest styles and what you see on Pintrest but they had no clue what I was asking for. It'll do for now atleast my thumbs look somewhat better than they did. The massage was nice I did like that part. I probably would only return for a pedicure.

Nancy is my mom's nail artist, and my mom makes an appointment with her every time I come to visit. It's always a highlight of my trip, everyone there is friendly, attentive, efficient, and skilled. I mostly only ever work with Nancy, but I've had other appointments and the service has always been great as well as the product.

If no star was an option I would pick that. Making an appointment was easy but God forbid I show up to my appointment a little early what an inconvenience. My nail tec was SOOO AGGRESSIVE! NOT relaxing or enjoyable. My business was an inconvenience!

Okay! Do a decent pedicure don’t really see any difference in the pedicure varieties quality is about the same you just pay more for a couple extra scent packets.

One of the best pedicures I've ever gotten! I had a very painful ingrown and they very gently took it out. The massage was amazing and soothing. I'm from out of state but will definitely come back when in the Tucson area. I highly recommend!

We have been going to Pink and White Nails for years. Sadly the last few times we have been, have not been good experiences. Service has been quick, and I mean in and out in like 30min. For a pedicure that seems extremely rushed and as in past years they would take their time. The male tech I had was rude, unfriendly and seemed completely bothered that he had to work on my feet. Will definitely be trying somewhere new.

I was taken here as a birthday present by a family member. The lady I had was really gentle and nice with my feet but the woman for my Aunt was rough to the point it was causing her discomfort. What absolutely horrifies me is that the lady doing my Aunt's feet stepped away after putting wax on her feet and started working on another woman's manicure. Excuse me?!? You are touching feet UNGLOVED and then going to cutting cuticles and working with another person's HANDS. Nail fungus is most common on feet and this is just a recipe for spreading to other people. I will never go back here, that was gross. At least wash hands. Other salons I've gone to they wash their hands or they wear gloves for each service.

I had a 10am appointment for mani pedi which Nancy started promptly. Initially I wanted a #4 predi with acrylic toenails and white polish. I told Nancy and she agreed. After getting soaked, trimming and filing (with a used file that I’m not sure was clean/sanitized or not but when I got my license in Cali we had to use a new file for each service (red flag 1)), she had another tech come and ask what I wanted (red flag 2) I’ve been here a few times before on my visits and I have never been impressed or happy with results or service so I conceded to the cheapest pedi square as possible with DC 056 Chalk White polish. We continued the service. She tried to use a cheese grater for the dry heels (red flag 3) to which I declined. She had another callous remover which was safer then used a scrub on the legs and a massage oil. Everything was complete except the polish. She whips out an OPI bottle of white (red flag 4). I was gonna let it slide but she did one nail and I then asked her to please use the shade and brand that I chose. She paints base 2 coats of color and a topcoat. As she’s finishing, I see the mistakes and imperfections etc. (red flag 5). I just let all it go because I was with my mother in law (who is a regular) so I didn’t want to make a scene. Had I been by myself I’d have told them ALL about themselves and threatened to call state board. This is a chop shop nail salon. Every nail set I’ve seen from here that wasn’t done by Lisa (who isn’t coming back) is very poorly structured, I just know they’re reusing all files and drill bits, they’re customer service leaves much to be desired, they’re unable to take instruction and end up doing whatever they want unless you speak up. I’ve had a set of acrylic nails done here ONCE. They were thick and uneven (in length and the nail bed itself) and the SIMPLE design was amateur at best. I hate coming here. It’s pretty cheap so that’s cool I guess but when I visit, I will GLADLY pay 2x the price for to a licensed independent tech off instagram.

I’m giving it a one star because they charged me extra for my daughter. She’s ten their board said $20 for a pedi. For kids 10and under. They charged me $25 for her. Make sure you ask ahead of time what their prices are so they don’t throw random prices at you.

This is by far the worst nail salon i have ever been to. The people were rude and they didnt provide glitter or ombre nail services as i had asked for. There were actual cockroaches crawling around behind the counter it was so disgusting and the guy who did my nails kept on dripping polish all over my hands and my nails were all different lengths. Overall very dissapointed and i will not be going back.

I went to pink and white rather than my usual place because it was closer to home. It was my daughter’s very first professional manicure and online looked like it would be a good place to go. My daughter did a gel manicure and asked for hello kitty stickers to be placed. The lady that did her manicure was cold towards her although my daughter was trying to be friendly. I had a new set of acrylics placed and it’s one of the worst sets I’ve ever had done and I’ve had my nails done since 2010. I asked for a peach and white ombré—although the colors were pretty that was it. It wasn’t until I left and saw in sunlight how poor they looked and by the next day you can see signs of the nails beginning to lift because she placed acrylic on my cuticles. When I asked for a refund because my daughters gel nail came off they tried to blame her and said because she picked when she didn’t, the sticker is in tact the whole polish came off in one piece. I asked to have mine redone since the policy is “no refunds” and I was argued with over the quality of the nails and the service. I paid 100 dollars for both mine and my daughters and we both had issues. I highly do not recommend this place. The quality is poor, the service is poor, and the customer care does not exist. I’m highly disappointed and will not be going back.

I am alright with the nails. They are ok. Nail tech guy was slapping at my hand and made a few nails burn. I don't go to nail salons often to be a regular and needed some guidance, and it was for a special occasion. He was very frustrated that I couldn't find a neutral color (this after 1 minute) and even mentioned something to the worker next to him, swirling around his finger at me. I think the nails are ok but won't be going there again. It was a horrible experience.

I don't think Pink and White is expensive at all for what you get. I've been to practically every nail salon in the Rita Ranch area. Nancy does a great job, and doesn't push gel on you.

So far so good. I must admit that I have not had the best experiences finding a nail salon here in Tucson. I found this place on accident and I have had great results all 3 times. I must admit that the employees are not the most friendly crew but are just pleasant enough to keep you in your seat. They work hard and send you on your way. If you prefer a friendly, happy and cheerful, this isn't the place for you but if you're all about great results, I highly recommend.
