Came here because it’s next to my hotel I’m staying at for a wedding. And she did exactly what I wanted and super fast! If I lived here I would come back. Good prices too 😌

Got a fill on an acrylic gel set and it was perfect! I walked in and asked if I could be in/out within an hour and she had me done in less than 35. Very appreciative and love my new set! 💅🏼 🤩 thank you! Will be back.

I am so disappointed in my pedicure. My toe nails aren't even, some are way shorter than others, the gel doesn't fully cover the nail, and the dead skin on my feet is still present, when I haven't ever had that problem before when getting a pedicure. Normally, I don't post reviews, but I haven't been able to afford to get a pedicure in over a year. And finally, when I do, I pay $55 for something that looks as if my child did it. I was going to get a manicure as well, but there were appointments that came in, and I was asked to come back. I understand that. It sucked but it is what it is. However, after actually looking at my pedicure, I'm extremely glad I didn't spend the extra money but I'm also extremely upset that I spent the $55 on this pedicure...

Called and they let me come right on in.. my nails look great no pain In my fingers at all.. offered me a beverage.. I loved how quiet it was at the time..best nail experience I've had.. 🙃

Horrible customer service. Sometimes there are disagreement , but a business should stay professional and make it right for the paying customer when possible. She did not realized i understood the disrespectful language used when she doesn't agree with me

I got a dip manicure and I thought they turned out great. My nail tech was so sweet! The pricing is fair, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly. I will come here again!

I have been going to Pinky Nails and Spa for the past 5 years and they never disappoint. They are always so nice and sweet! I got my nails done for Valentine’s Day today and wow they did an amazing job! My favorite nails I’ve ever gotten so far! :)

Got my lashes done and….don’t do it. My lashes are ruined. Too much glue was used, my eyes burned for a while after I left, the lashes are stuck to my skin which is very bad. It hurts when I blink as well. I’ve used everything under the sun to try and remove them but they aren’t coming off. Don’t get your eyelashes done here

I got a gel mani and the super deluxe volcano pedicure and it was fantastic. The ladies there are very sweet. The gel lasts a long time. It’s been about 10 days and I haven’t chipped yet. It lasted through swimming and playing in the ocean too.

I would go here again. Friendly attentive staff. I got a mid level pedicure and it was amazing. They took their time and made me feel pampered. My toes look great and my skin is so soft.

Needed a nail replaced and fill wasnt able to go to my normal place so stop in here. The ladys where very pleasant but the salon was hot. The acrylic was laid on really think i asked for it to be thiner and even after the adjustment it was still really think. She also nicked me twice on different fingers.

The people were nice, the work is terrible. My pedicure is even Worse than my nails. I had these done yesterday and I feel so ripped off. Dip everywhere, nothing consistent, they didn’t do the entire nail…. Etc

This used to be my go to place, but with the management change, never again. They massacred my nails, all different lengths, super thick acrylic, cut my fingers several times. I'm pretty sure the girl who did it wasn't experienced at all, since another lady kept telling her what to do next. This happened 4 months ago and it took me this long to calm down.

We called ahead to see if there was a wait, there “wasn’t”. Then revived a call asking if we were still coming… we get there and wait about 20 minutes to be taken care of. The manicure was 15$ on the menu but I was charged 26$. From 26$ all they way up to 96$ Was just nails… the paint is thin and the design is sloppy. We were there for about 2 and a half hours and a hour of that was just filing the new nails down. Overall not worth the practically 100$ I spent.

Went to my dip nails taken off and just do a regular mani since my new place of work does not allow dip. Bowl used to soak nails was not clean and scummy. An just felt like even though they asked you to wash your hands constantly the cleanliness was not on parr on their side of things. Sadly won't be going back. Two stars because the people were nice.

I came in asking for a pedicure and I wasn’t responded to. Then when I said something I was told to come sit in a chair with cold water to put my feet in. I asked her to heat it up she put a splash of hot and walked away. Left me sitting for 40 minutes…. Waiting. I walked out and won’t be back.

Literally the best nail salon in OKC!! It’s clean, the nail techs are so nice! The tech I had (don’t know her name) did a fantastic job on my powder dip!! Definitely recommend!

My sister and I got our nails done here and I was excited as they had such good reviews. I have been to many below average nail salons but I have never had one so bad like this one where I felt I needed to write a review. We both made appointments, and they did not even start on my nails until 20 minutes after my appointment time. I had to pull back my hand at least 3 times because my nail tech was hurting me. She also would grab my hand and yank it to work on the next hand, and frequently scolded me for moving too much. My sister’s tech was much nicer however did not do a great job. She got dip with tips and none of the tips were straight. Would not recommend this salon to anyone!!!
