I recently visited this salon and had a very disappointing experience. I went in for a simple trim and made it clear I didn’t need my hair washed as it was already clean. However, after the trim, the stylist unnecessarily blow-dried my hair—which was already dry—and then charged me extra for it. I never requested this additional service, and to make matters worse, my scalp felt burned, and my hair smelled like it had been overheated. I expected clear communication and respect for my requests, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone looking for transparency or professionalism. Recientemente visité este salón y tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante. Fui para un simple recorte y dejé claro que no necesitaba que me lavaran el cabello, ya que ya estaba limpio. Sin embargo, después del recorte, la estilista secó mi cabello innecesariamente (que ya estaba seco) y luego me cobró extra por ello. Nunca pedí este servicio adicional y, para empeorar las cosas, mi cuero cabelludo quedó quemado y mi cabello huele a quemado por el exceso de calor. Esperaba una comunicación clara y respeto hacia mis solicitudes, pero lamentablemente, ese no fue el caso. No recomendaría este salón a nadie que busque transparencia o profesionalismo.

Spoke with a guy over the phone asked him if I can remove extensions then do a wash a blow dry he said yes then called to make sure they can take a specific type of extension off before I go, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional telling me “am I still asking questions?” as if he didn’t want to hear it and told me this is not the place for me then hung up.

I got a haircut here once. Staff was friendly and offered me some coffee. Hair looks great. I felt that the hairdresser was respectful of my choices. Will definitely go again.

I love this place!! And I love my stylist Marta Castillo!! She is the best!! She knows how to mix colors and is the greatest putting on extensions, cuts and special occasions makeup! Recommended 100%!! I love my new balayage color!! 😍😍😍😍

Excellent customer service and the staff is great to the clients. My hairdresser Niover has been doing my hair for many years. She is very experienced and always staying up to date with the latest hair styles, coloring and haircuts trends. Highly recommend her services!!!

I absolutely love this hair salon. The staff here is so attentive and the environment is calm (perfect for the mommy of a toddler looking for an escape). My hair dresser Niover has impecable skill. She listens to my concerns and my locks have consequently never looked better! Highly recommend her!

Niover is by far the best hairstylist I've ever had in my life!! I've been doing my hair with her now for 7 years. She's colored my hair and styled it for my Sweet 16, 2 proms that I attended, and my graduation party. She knows what is best and does a great job with communication. She will never do anything that will damage your hair, unless you want it done. Even then she will communicate it. She will always be my favorite hairstylist!!! Thank you NIØVER!!!
