Been wanting to book a spot at this place for the upcoming Valentine. Tried calling them literally 4-5 times in this last week but they never pick up, or return your calls. Such a shame, and extremely disappointing as the place looks interesting. Would have loved to experience the beer spa if this business wasn’t so irresponsible, and they cared about their potential customers. It makes sense though since some of the recent customer reviews mention how they have been lacking in their service as of late. And yea it totally shows. Update: Hi Dino, I appreciate you getting back to me so quickly. It just feels a bit misleading when your business hours are showing you’re open, on Google, but nobody picks up the phone that’s associated to your business. Knowing the situation now, I can understand it better but I do think that having this as the introductory experience isn’t ideal. I had questions I wanted to ask before booking the experience. Regardless, thanks again for being prompt. I will update my review once again, after I’ve had the service. Hopefully, I’m able to work it out. I’ll email you reading my inquiries. Have a good day! Update 2: Dino was very kind and helpful. I emailed him and he answered my questions, and provided with what I needed. I’m looking forward to experiencing this soon and will be updating the final review.

I've been coming here since they opened. I will never return. Since the owner is not present all the time, it has changed. The sauna was not hot ( I also heard someone before me complaining about this ), the rocks were not hot and there was very little water. I had to fill the bucket in the shower ( paying for relaxation by the way ) and attempt to scavenge what little heat there was. Most of the water passed through the rocks and onto the floor. The beer has changed. It was always pilsner urquell, which I felt went very well with everything. It is now Modelo ( cheap mexican beer at a european spa ). Later, as my wife and I were relaxing in the massage chairs, someone opens up the door and tries to stick a sam adams in my hand while I'm getting a massage. This place has completely lost it's way. The towels smell mildewy...it's just gross now.

Very nice and affordable experience. The sauna was the best thing, and the beer soak was super nice. My 1 and only negative is that the robes are too small for us fat people.

My husband and I were looking for a day spa experience and stumbled upon this Beer Spa in Chicago. It is easy to get to if you're staying downtown! We bought the "Beer Soak with Steam Room and Sauna for 2" and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It started with changing into robes and slippers and storing our items in lockers, all provided by the facility. You will be walking up and down the halls to different treatment rooms in your robes, however, we didn't encounter any other guests. We were provided water bottles and our drink of choice -- we chose sparkling wine! We were then escorted to a private, 15-minute sauna with towels. From there, we were ushered to a 15-minute steam room. Afterwards, we transitioned back downstairs to the private room with two beer bath and a second glass of wine for each of us and a cheese and fruit tray. We were also provided a fresh set of towels. We soaked for 30 minutes and felt utterly and completely relaxed from the entire experience! The recommendation is to not shower off the "beer hops" from your skin for at minimum 2 hours after your soak, but there are showers in the restrooms if you choose to shower before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to do this with a friend or a partner! I can't wait to do it again!

Went in for a birthday celebration and had such a wonderful time. The staff was extremely friendly, everything was very clean and the overall experience was fantastic. We will be back soon, and would highly recommend Piva to anyone!

This was such a great experience! My fiancée and I chose the silver couples package and it was the perfect fit for what we were looking from a spa day. Our almost 3.5 hour experience felt private, luxurious, and personalized. We were each served two beverages of our choice as well as a small charcuterie board with our beer soak. As a plus size woman, I also appreciated the extended sizing of robes and the larger tubs. I was able to experience all aspects of the club without modifications. We will definitely recommend this experience to others, and we can’t wait to go back again!

This place is amazing! Every experience was relaxing and stress-relieving. My wife and I did the ultimate couple’s package, definitely worth it! The salt room is the most relaxing room I have ever been in. The beer facial and beer bath were both awesome, unique experiences. The 4D massage chair took all of the remaining stress out of me. The beer is really good too!

I went there this evening. Place is nice . The owner and staff are amazing. We were treated like gold. Place is clean. The sauna and beer bath were excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing. We got the sauna ➡️ steam room ➡️ CBD bath package off of groupon. Free beer the entire time. We will definitely be returning here to try more parts of what they have to offer 😊.

We had an amazing time. I surprised my husband for his birthday and bought us the beer soak experience combine with sauna and steam room. We loved the place the moment we walked in. Siergiej was very professional and friendly. And, we didn't know that the beer can taste so good from wooden mugs ;) 10/10 experience;)

Would recommend! Not your typical spa experience in the best way. Everything was clean and I was able to relax - all with a beer in hand. The beer soak was a different experience than anything I'd tried before and I left feeling refreshed and invigorated. Shout out to the staff member who was running the place while I was there!

Really really nice place. Cool spot for a relaxing date and spa. Everything was beautiful and they had great beer to drink during it all. Really enjoyed the cabs bath. The only little issue I had was that the steam room was set way too aggressively so it was hard to be in there, maybe they could turn it down a couple notches. Other than that no complaints.

After reading some reviews about mildew smell on robes, I was a little nervous. However, when we were in the locker room changing, we noticed zero mildew smells. Our steins were also very clean. This beer spa was amazing. Highly recommend if you're looking for something different, relaxing and intimate. Started in a salt room, followed by a beer mask/relaxation room, sauna, steam shower and finished with the beer soak. It was always just the two of us. Very clean. The owner is very nice and welcoming. We definitely will come back.

Update 11/07/2023- The PERFECT gift! I returned for a day of relaxation and it continues to be such a beautiful and relaxing experience. The benefits from beer soaks are felt immediately after. Your skin is so soft, your body feels relaxed, my curls look great! Thank you so much Edin for creating such a unique and relaxing experience!! You MUST check it out! I surprised my sister with a spa date at Piva Beer Spa. We LOVED it!! I got a groupon and it was worth it! Eddie was extremely nice and helpful throughout our whole experience! First, we went downstairs to the locker room and changed into robes. We were offered the choice of water or beer and we selected beer. The beer was very smooth and tasty (this is coming from someone who doesn't like beer). We went upstairs to the sauna and then the steam room. After the steam room we went back downstairs where the bathtubs are located for our beer soak. There was another beer along with a nice small charcuterie board waiting for us. Lovely music was playing in the background creating the perfect atmosphere. This spa is beautiful and very clean! The design, layout, and everything about it is perfect! Amazing experience! I highly recommend it and will definitely return to Piva Beer Spa.

What an amazing way to spend an afternoon! My time started with a relaxing facial, that incorporated a beer mask that left my face glowing. I then had halotherapy, followed by a sauna, a steam, and then the beer spa with a selection of nibbles and wine (or beer or tea). The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and the staff very professional and friendly from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I’d honestly go back again and again if I could!

Wow, this place is amazing! My wife and I decided to check this place out and we had a great experience here. We got the silver package and it was perfect. The staffs are nice, friendly and very accommodating. They are very knowledgeable. Thank you we had a great time here.
