Carrie was amazing! Very strong hands and extremely smart, very intuitive on where to massage with the right pressure. Will be returning for recurring massages. Not easy to find a good masseuse here in ABQ but I highly recommend her!

I stopped by Placidity for a massage after work and this really hit a spot for me after no massages for a few months! The place is well run, clean and the massage can be customized for you (with some additional add-ons like aromatherapy (small additional costs), and strength that you want). They seem to offer 30 and 60 min massages online, but upon me asking, Amy was able do a 90 min massage (strong touch) for me. Love the complementary hot stone + hot towels that they gave at the end of the session, too.

I have had a lot of massages in my life, and my massage, today, at Placidity was one of the best. It was the deepest deep tissue massage I have ever had, and Amy was exceptionally strong, consistent, and focused, and she found all of the trouble spots intuitively.

I had my second deep tissue massage with Carrie today. She worked very hard to give me the best massage possible. I like deep pressure even if there is a moderate amount of pain at times because I know that this will produce dramatic results. She is very well-trained and professional.

I've been getting massages for 20+ yrs here in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. This place is the most professional & sanitary of them all!! I go to Amy, she is the most thorough & consistent I've ever been to. She really knows the muscle & nerve structure and the direction that it needs to be massaged. She does so much in one hour, including hot stone!! I highly doubt I'll go to anyone else. I used to pay close to $200 for the top therapists here, this place is so reasonable in price that you're crazy for not trying them out!

Carrie is AMAZING! the times i have been here for relief, i have left feeling so much better!! i wish i could give it 5 stars because carrie is truly fantastic but my last two visits have been frustrating because after service, the girl that i make payment with tries to demand more tip. if i could give carrie $1000 i would! but i tip 15-20% and as someone who works in the service industry, you cannot tell someone how much to tip!!!! its rude and puts the customer in an uncomfortable situation. i will gladly be back because carrie deserves all the business and hopefully this “demanding more tip” behavior gets corrected for future customers.

Google can't wait for me to review this business. I can't wait either because it was such a positive experience. I arrive suddenly at their doorstep, unannounced. They accommodate practically immediately. I say I need 60 minutes 30 on the back, and I want 30 on lower leg(calves) feet (woot 2nd time). Not even one minute passes, Asian lady(probably Chinese) enter and starts kicking my a$$ in the best way possible. Neck(muscles), back(pops), head, ears, all tendons, knuckles my ribs(are you kidding me?!) Just when I'm ready to tap out, it's only halfway. 15 on one foot and 15 The other( yes, it's fun). This lady is so strong that if someone were to act up, she would pick them up and launch them airborne out the door, then probably laugh. She knew how to push the pressure right to the line and did it easily with the muscle memory of hundreds of experiences(planning my next visit). The touch of a stranger that's serviced hundreds of people's sore muscles. Anyways, after 30 minutes of no pressure point and capillary left unturned, I was left with a gift I could take with me. I can't underestimate enough the value of someone doing to you what every person needs and sometimes doesn't get. Do yourself a favor and visit Wendy and behave yourself. These are hard working people trying to make a living here with everyone. Thanks for a great experience, Steve P.S. $60 is a good deal, so don't forget gratuity for these ladies!

I recently had an incredible experience at Placidity Massage Therapy! We called in the morning and were pleasantly surprised that they could fit us in right away. My friend and I requested to be in the same room, and they happily accommodated us, which made the experience even more special. The massage itself was fantastic. The use of hot stones added a wonderful, soothing element that enhanced the relaxation. To our delight, we even received an extra 10 minutes on top of the 90 minutes we had booked, making the experience feel truly indulgent. They finished with hot towels, which was the perfect touch to complete the session. Overall, the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere. I got a great massage at Placidity; my therapist was Carrie, who is very skillful, and pays close attention to the problem areas to alleviate the pain, especially in my shoulders. The spa is very clean and the prices are reasonable as well.

Messages are great! I've gone to May several times and always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Massages are affordable. Bring cash for a small discount. They do charge for an extra fee for lavender oil however hot stones are included! Highly recommend.

Yo Yo was AMAZING!!! Only did 30mins cuz it was last minute. Very affordable next time doing an hour for sure! So relaxing. Made sure I was comfortable. Just an absolutely wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
