The location is convenient for me and there is plenty of parking. I can't rate the shower and dressing areas because I don't use them. For my purposes the equipment is adequate. I only go there from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM about 4-5 times per week, and during those hours things seem to run smoothly. Although there are homeless people in the vicinity, they don't seem to pose any problems for gym members. The staff seem professional and helpful, as needed. The bathrooms could probably use a little more attention, but I acknowledge that members should also share in the responsibility of keeping the restrooms tidy. Unlike others that have posted a negative rating, I have used this facility for at least five years, and my overall rating is based on regular and long term use. My impression is that this location is well managed, adequately staffed and offers what most people need to get a good workout, including weight machines, circuit training, free weights and benches, elliptical and cardio equipment and a room for stretching.

It was the worst PF I have ever been. I travel for work 48 states, and this is the only one fitness I saw to be sooooo dirty, full of hair at the shower, and smells disgusting!!!! Who ever it's managing the location, Must do much better job...

Kordell has the best customer service I’ve experienced at any planet fitness in New Mexico by far. Beautiful gym and one of the cleanest I’ve been too, I would definitely come back again.

There is a good variety of equipment, and I rarely have to wait to use a piece of equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the gym is always clean. They’re open 24/7.

This is the worst Planet Fitness I’ve been to in the country. I go to a lot of them because I travel for work and this one is completely unacceptable. The people at the front desk are polite but always sitting around doing nothing which is probably why the location is way dirtier than any other planet fitness I’ve been to. I’ve seen one particular employee whos always sitting with their legs on the desk when I walk in. Thats just disrespectful, go clean the filth you’re getting paid. The worst part is the mens locker room has a terrible water logging issue and smells terrible. Half the showers are flooded with water and cannot be used. I don’t understand how this location still exists, it needs to be closed down or completely revamped and employees retrained. I keep making the mistake of stopping at this location but never again. The locations nearby are a good example of what a gym should look like.

What’s with Planet Fitness that for a month or or more their TVs aren’t functioning? Not very professional!! Follow up- I'm confused!, why can't you just explain why if you're the "owner"?

This location is by far the worst in Albuquerque. The air conditioning in the weight room has been out all summer. There is an inch of dust on the weights rack, their ab machine has been broken for months, and the place reeks of b.o.

Visited this location for a couple months while working otr, Clean Facility! GREAT Friendly Staff! Highly Recommended.
