One of the best Planet Fitnesses I've been to. It is super clean and the workers are very friendly and welcoming. There is a vast space of cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical, stair masters, and rowing machines. They have a great free-weight section as well as well as assisted weights. The only downside is their abs and stretching mats are these flimsy plastic mats. Other Planet Fitnesses have rubber mats which are much better.

Heat was 85 degrees management needs to be fired Told me there was nothing they could do about it …. 32 degrees outside and 85 degrees inside … maybe cut the heat off …I’ll never be back

Great location…I’m on vacay here in Columbia and I have enjoyed working out here and achieved some intense pumps! I REALLY enjoyed their new hack squat station, kicked my azz with light weight and their new bench and seated calf are clutch. ❤️🖤💚

Went in for the first time and Courtney, location manager, has zero people skills. Says, “what’s up” to ask how she can help and is ultra rude. Know it’s a minimum interaction business, but if you need help I can’t imagine having the proper assistance.

Unfortunately this PF compared to others within a 10 mile radius does not compare. While the staff tries to keep it clean and machines are mostly working, they are understaffed often and the trash bags will fill and there will be empty paper towel dispensers. Machines can break down and be out of order for weeks. Cayce and W Columbia are way cleaner, have more merch, are bigger, more machines and newer machines too such as glute thrust machines. This PF is also poorly ventilated, i sweat an insane amount meanwhile the other very air conditioned PF aforementioned are cool and I don't sweat and overheat despite doing the same or harder exercises.
