Absolute garbage place to work for. I’ve had quite a few jobs in my life. But this one tops the list as the worst place to have ever worked for. I’ve never been expected to work so hard for $13 an hour. The manager FELIX is one of the least empathetic people I’ve ever met. He only cares about himself. For example: One time he got stuck working all night because they can’t keep staff for longer than 2 months lol. I was working out and he let me know that his poor dogs needed to go to the bathroom. So I covered for him for an hour on my day off. But when I was stuck working a shift by myself because again they CAN’T keep staff for longer than 2 months, I found out my girlfriend was having a medical emergency at her work. I called my boss trying to see if I could leave for 20 minutes to drive her to the hospital. He proceeded to come in to the gym to tell me if I leave that I will be fired with no remorse, and THEN he went and graded how the gym looked, he tried to leave me by myself with a list of things to go detail clean. I was appalled by his behavior and I have video of the whole interaction. Again this is for $13 per hour. They also had a manager there who was caught doing fentanyl and cocaine in the back room. And instead of firing him because they are desperate to keep anyone that’s been there longer than 2 months. They just “banned” him from the backroom. This guy ended up quoting because why would he work there if he can’t do drugs. I ALSO just found out they fired my friend who had been working there for a year surprisingly. He had became a weekend manager there a few months ago and he also just became a father. He had to stay home because his newborn got sick. But when he came back they tried to force him back into a demotion. So thankfully he quit because how do you treat human beings like that. Especially for what they make you put up with and the disgusting pay that they get away with paying. “Well you took this job knowing the pay compensation” do you guys really think people take that pathetic job because they aren’t desperate?? Worst place I’ve ever worked for. Also Blackduck, the company that owns those branches of Planet fitness, they attempt to rule by fear. I never fell for it because I couldn’t be bothered by that stuff. But they have weekly and monthly secret staff who come in and grade your gym. This alone puts Felix in a state of paranoia which would then be put onto the staff. If there is 1 singular piece of of paper towel ANYWHERE in the gym there are points deducted from your grade. And FELIX expects to get perfect scores. You can see how that would be an issue for unrealistic expectations. Again for $13 per hour!!!!!!! And they are getting away with it. I could write out so many more things that Felix and his boss do on a daily basis. They should lose their jobs because if everyone who had worked there came together to write out things they do. They’d be gone 100%. I’m so glad I have left there, no one deserves what they do. I am sure everyone is better off once they have left that place. I was also told by everyone there who had worked there before Felix got there that he made everything worse

Like another review said, just go to a different chain like Anytime Fitness or Gold's. I've never used PF before, but went today (a Saturday) at my usual time at 4 in the morning and the doors were locked. Guess I'm used to the idea: a gym is supposed to be open at all times. So, don't waste your time or money. The other advertising gimmicks are just that: it's supposed to be a gym. Not a place for those who like to get their training done early in the morning and use the day to the fullest.

Beyond fair membership prices, lots of newer exercise equipment and machines to choose from, clean facility, lockerrooms and showers, friendly staff and great location off E. Mason St. I have no complaints!

It's just completely not worth it for me. You get locked into a contract that only you have to pay off completely first or have a doctor's note to avoid additional fees and each member have to pay annual fees what seems to be every other month on top of monthly membership and possibly late fees and you can only cancel is you are in person during the location morning hours of operation. Even when there are very few people they will not give out more coins to use for the machine, so you have to keep going back and sometimes look for them. The slightest drop or complaint or loudness can get you kicked out or even banned and yes you still have to pay off your contact. I believe planet fitness is for individuals who are already active and workout at least three days a week, basically if you can sign up for a marathon or something similar. I personally really just gotten stuck paying for perks and membership that I do not use. I strongly believe that the company is surviving only by these means. Watch the type of people that works out there and see for yourself what they have to offer. Someone let me know if what I am saying is not true. I literally went to Anytime fitness yesterday and received a coach and workout and develop a workout plan from day one. That experience had me so pleased and had me feeling very supportive. This is my experience with planet fitness in his state and in another. I'm done with this company. You may as well get a YMCA membership at least than you can use the other classes, medical, tennis court, massages, etc or pool.

staff is very friendly and welcoming, amenities are really good, i love using the massage chairs at this location and the fact that other than on the weekends this location is 24hrs.

A new team member named Dan and the Green Bay east planet fitness was extremely helpful and friendly explaining how to do certain weight exercises to target the areas i asked him I needed help with on my body....seems very knowledgeable about fitness in general. A+ rating

The gym is pretty clean. But workers don't really check the 30min workout area because there are always too many people on their phones on the machines doing nothing

The staff is super friendly and its always clean. Ive been going here for 2 years now and have 0 complaints. I love this gym

I tried to sign up and the employee who tried to 'help' me was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Why even have employees behind the desk if you have to do everything yourself?

It's a Great Place to go and workout, and meet know People. The workers are very Polite and great workers, And the gym is also clean... thank you for that🙏🤣🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️💪🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️ So far so good with this gym, I have no Complaints 👍

Today is August 31, 2024. I went to Planet Fitness today on the east side of Green Bay. It's 78 degrees and 80% humidity today. The two water coolers at planet fitness are down for repair. I go to the front desk with sweat all over my face and ask for a free water. They have 200 cold bottles of water in the cooler. 20 oz for $2.50. The woman says I can buy one for $2.50. Really? Typical corporate America response. Their incompetence is just another opportunity to make money. They pay 25 cents for a bottle of water and sell it to you for $2.50 because they can't fix their water cooler. How convenient for the next quarter's profit report! They don't give a crap about their customers.

My fiance and I came here to workout for a couple days. They told us a day pass is $20 per day, but a membership is $15 a month which makes no sense, but fine. We went to sign up and they want your CC info, your bank account info, and your routing and acc number. They also don't accept cash. The staff offered no resolution to not having a check on hand with all this info and acted like they couldn't care less. I don't know why I considered giving planet fitness another chance, they're terrible in every state I try and this one was no exception. Ended up going to a different gym that was friendly, helpful and did $20 for a week.
