Missy is heaven sent, this place used to get on my last nerve with the service they provided. There must’ve been a change or turnover somewhere that needed to be because they have turned around in a better direction. I’m sad to part with them because of this new found hospitality. I am new to Jacksonville and have hit the planet fitness clubs!!!!! The 10star of all is this location and the cleanest is this location and the customer service is this location and the safest is this location!!!!🤠 best is kept a secret and I found and follow then from now on😘🥰🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️ I will post my pictures as this location takes care of my skin needs and my body strength at 69🙃🤠 let’s play like kids and never age 2025 we hold the key to our temple and this club takes care of our souls and minds! 😂😅😝😛😜🤪

Monte (not sure if I spelled that right) was extremely nice and helpful. Helping me upgrade to a black card to gain access to the gym today. He even offered to hold my bag behind the counter because I forgot to bring a lock with me.

Very clean, very friendly, great place for first time worker outers lol. So many options and if you get the black card membership, you can always bring a buddy to hold you accountable. I am in love with the hydro massage at the end of my work out. It's why I work out, really 🤣🤣. I had checked out 2 other places but planet fitness was cleanest and had the best deal, in my opinion. The only thing I am missing is the 360 camera where you can keep track of your progress visually but, I guess, I can do this myself😊

This Planet Fitness sensors news stations on their tvs. They only show liberal news stations!! I've asked the manager several times to show FOX news but still nothing for conservatives

First time I visited this planet fitness, I went in and left immediately, it was very hot, I thought the air conditioning was broken, but it wasn't. I asked the staff and they told me that they turn it on in the afternoon, I couldn't do my workouts, they must solve this problem, greetings.

This is not a Trucker friendly location.. No dressing area in the locker room nor ventilation.. Almost passed out on the main floor like 3 times .. Pros are I like the gym layout and equipment not all the way up to date but decent.

Cleanliness perfect. Personal is the best. Special thanks fir Khady🙏🏽. But you ll ask why 3 star? Its very hot in gum hall. All people suffering from wet and its very bad to work out in hot condition. The temperature must be not higher 60 F, ok maximum 65

Employees constantly use the alarm for the smallest noises people make but other people are yelling through the gym and dropping weights and not reracking but they're employees friends so they're allowed to do whatever

Great amenities and plenty of space! Unfortunately, they have the temperature set to 80 in here. And the staff won't turn down the temperature, hence the 3 stars.

Missing some equipment. Big fan over the cardio area. Harder to sweat. Not enough towel/cleaner/trash can stations.

Went to this location and stood. At the front desk for well over 10 minutes. No one ever came out. There were people checking themselves in, the phone was ringing. It was completely unattended. Kinda odd and unhelpful. I did get a good workout though.

My only complaint is I'm a over the Road 🛣️ truck driver... I spend a lot of time in My truck there's a lounge area with a sofa with a big TV and I was listening music and relasing ..........is araud 3 Am ....... Lady tha do the cleaning at night kept waiking me up telling me I can't sleep....m now I Wana know what is The problem with me taking a quick nap and relaxing that's y I pay a member shipping to come her and exercise and relax
