Muy mala atención por los que atienden en el turno de la noche no quisieron ayudarme a inscribirme, diciéndome que todo lo haga en la aplicación y le pedí ayuda y solo me dijo todo hacelo en la aplicación que manera de poder ayudarle a uno

Equipment works and facilities are clean. I've never had an issue with the staff. It can get crowded at times but they can't really change the building size.

Fine establishment. Somebody was buggin with aux though. Omy. Worst music for trynna break a drench-sweat..slow 90s RnB, Destiny's Child. Torture. :,(... Heavy miss. Bring headphones.

It’s just so loud even with my headphones on. If y’all could turn the music down I’d greatly appreciate it. Exercise is form of meditation for me but the volume of the music just ruins the experience.

Only one tv plays fox TV and staff turned off the TV while I was watching it i go to same spot every day all other tvs work only fox one dosent.

Son unos ladrones cancele mi membresía y siempre me la cobraron al llamar ellos procesaron mi solicitud en una diferente a la que yo la hice y es por ello que dicen que no pueden devolver el dinero, es injusto y más sabiendo que estuvo cerrado por remodelación son ladrones

Shut down the water fountain for repairs and made customers pay for water. Shut down operations for an update that wasn't needed and missed the reopen date with no update on when the gym will be operational. If you have a choice, sign up with Columbia or Silver Spring.

The gym was barely usable this summer when it was “open” during the remodel, and now it has gone past the planned reopening date with no firm commitment to its customers in sight about when it will reopen. For those of us who can’t easily go to the other locations, we have to really question whether we got anything at all for our membership fee these last few months. 👎🏻

Wow!! Completly remodeled and so much better. Clean, new, equipment rearranged and such an improved exercise experience. This was well worth the wait. I hope that any negative reviewers who were inconvenienced during remodeling post an update to their comments on the new and improved Planet Fitness Laurel 🙂

The app didn't mention that this location is under construction. The bathrooms are not in service and the portipots are outside in this heat 💩🫠

Being remodeled. What a disaster. They should just close, remodel and reopen properly. No toilets or locker room at all for that matter. Hope you like to sweat and not even be able to wash your hands. They have porta potties out front. Nasty!!

If you are looking for a good trainer, Maxx IS the guy.. He is very professional, and knowledgeable. The staff is awesome.
