While attempting to get on the elliptical I stood too close and one of the pedals scraped skin from my shin. All my fault . When asking for a first aid box Hope and Anthony asked if they could help and were very safe and patched me up very professionally. This place is very professional in everything they do. A day later the assistant manager called to check in on me. Very impressive. Thanks guy’s for all your help and concern.

Clean gym , bathroom not so clean ,not a wait for equipment. But you charge a $1 for eye stickers to tan that are clearly given away for free at any other planet fitness that I’ve been to. Definitely won’t be visiting here next time I’m in Louisvile

You can’t beat the price and the availability. The facility is big and the machines are functional all the time. There’s enough parking but it’s located next to a trampoline park, so if it’s prime time for them you will have a lot of parents dropping kids and will get crowded

I very much enjoy this specific location. I have been to several Planet Fitness locations throughout the last few years, and this one by far is the nicest. It is also larger than most. Have no complaints thus far; have attended multiple days a week for over a month now.

I would honestly give it 5 stars if they fired some of the rude staff. The facility is great. Clean, well maintained. But having someone tell peoples membership valances at them when they check in and saying “YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR BILL” is not acceptable. Probably won’t come back to this location anymore due to this incident…. Love the facility, but I can’t deal with the rudeness.

So much for a judgement free zone. Had a mental episode and the Hispanic lady at the front desk was beyond rude to me. I didn’t disrespect or harm anyone and still got banned from the gym. Almost felt like racism but it is what it is I guess. On top of that I was using my twins membership and when he went to explain that it wasn’t him they still refused to let him in. Have had a planet fitness membership since 2012 and they lost a long term customer because of that young rude Hispanic lady. It’s not up to me how that I was dealt mental health issues but the way some ppl deal with it constantly brings tears to my eyes. I wanted to go in there and cuss her out but I’m better than that. Won’t let one bad apple take my peace away. Some people with good hearts can tell when a person is going through something and extend a helping hand but I was just about given the middle finger from her (figuratively) Used to it. God bless

This is a great one! All the equipment is mostly new. The restroom and shower are amazing. The worker at the front desk greets you! It clean environment! Just the workout space is a little compact compared to another gym I have been to get this 4-star. I would come here again!

One of the nicer newer facilities on the inside but the parking lot does not fit tractor trailers at all. Bobtails will fit but I don't suggest coming in here if you have a trailer

The gym itself is spacious and clean with an abundance of machines to use and great amenities in the spa area. I especially appreciate that it's open 24 hours. However, the management is atrocious and incompetent. For that reason, I suggest switching to Crunch Fitness where you'll be better served.

I've been a member since 2015. Best value available. My body and health have improved tremendously. I'm so happy this gym opened up so close to home.

Getting my sweat on! Friendly atmosphere. Lots of updated equipment. Can be busy at times but you can check the crowd meter in app. Enjoyed the updated equipment, been a while since I was last in.

Always clean, lots of parking, and a great staff make this a great gym to go to (and it helps that it's very close to my house). Open 24/7.

Got charged for full price for cooler drinks even though perk says cooler drinks are 50% off for Black Card members. Never been charged full price for cooler drinks as long as I've had my black card membership, until now.

I'm giving this location a 5 star. Mainly for Eric and his attempt at helping me with the "issues" I had. The women's restroom is about 35* the rest of the gym is well over 80* it's a crazy difference and he tried to help, but was unfortunately not able to fix the issue. MANAGEMENT what the heck? This gym is spacious, great location, clean and friendly staff. (Specifically ERIC) you will love this gym, just not the ice cold temps in the WOMENS locker room. Thanks again, Eric! 🤗
