I finally discontinued my membership, this was not a great gym. The price was good compared to others but it wasn’t worth it. The tanning beds and massage chairs were broken more often than they worked. The exercise equipment wasn’t bad but nobody cleans after themselves here, so there’s sweat residue all the time.

Much better than it was in the past but the hours of operation are terrible.. Have to work out 45 mins from home after 9pm.. Crazy

While the facility is being renovated (more lighting hopefully), the cleanliness, service, and variety of machines or services has been excellent. I’ve also used other PFs in the region without hassle. The new manager, Sabrina is doing a great job—coaches others, is proactive, and leads by example.

I like that it's a place to actually go and workout, no showboating. The staff is great, the place is clean and I enjoy being able to go at any hour

Was very clean, has some of the new equipment but no plate loaded leg press? Either way if I spend the night around the area again I will be back!

Love the polite, professional front desk staff. Gym is clean and everything well attended to. Extremely well managed location in Martinsburg WV. Can't say enough about the upbeat, courteous professionals at the front desk! Keaton, Emma and Greg: Thanks for being simply awesome!! You always make my day! Lose the TECHNO electronic dance crap music. Not NYC While everyone is AWESOME, a special thanks to EMMA.

Really love this place! Very clean and staff is friendly! But I wish they opened earlier on Saturday’s and Sunday’s! They open at 6am and that is also the time I go to work so its a bummer

It is sooooo nice to come to planet fitness in martinsburg wv because Keaton,Emma,Ty, and Kevin are ALWAYS so nice, polite, and on their game. They know exactly 💯 what tanning bed I want when I walk in the door. They are excellent in every way. It is a pleasure to come to the gym. Thank you my favorite 😍 people I love coming to the gym

I come to this gym often in 2 separate locations... Hagerstown has a little bit more machines to offer and a new black card spa.. Martinsburg gym feels like a family the vibes are great at both gyms, the vibes help me push myself to higher qualities.. I highly recommend planet fitness they offer a club membership discount to new members for 1 dollar down if you get a referral from a member. They also have showers and great tanning beds, also there is a hydro massage chair which I love to relax in

Just wanted a day pass Girl at the front desk is completely incompetent, no ability to fulfill her job what so ever. Rude and unhelpful. Not a gym i would go too again ever. Try onelife instead cleaner and better staff

The Martinsburg location is always clean. Plenty of cardio machines and I like the weight machines. Staff seems friendly. As an older guy I am comfortable continuing my workouts there. Parking lot could use work, but that's the shopping center owner and not PF. I feel physically and psychologically better working out and appreciate that Planet Fitness is in our community.

The place and the stuff are nice, I am satisfied with the service. The only thing that could make it perfect is to implement an exclusive place for bicycles, every time I go there I never find a place where I can leave it.

As a relatively newly disabled person, I most appreciate the recovery healing room, swimming pool and the handicap shower facility and towel service! When I get better.I hope to participate in some of the classes that they offer.That would be good for somebody in my situation.

Great place to work out at. The massage chairs, hydrotherapy chairs, and tanning booths are worth every penny for the Black card membership. The night crew, especially Casey and Isaiah, Jayden and Spencer , are ALWAYS polite and keep the place immaculate!
