They are not very Costimer friendly and the manager is very rude, I asked for wipe refills he gave me attitude instead doing his job, I don’t know how is the owner but watch who you are puting there to run your business! 👎👎👎

The facility is clean and the staff are really helpful. The massage beds are fantastic and the tanning beds do not burn. One thing I like is the vibrating red light therapy that they have for the Black memberships. I often see people miss using the 30-minute circuit HITT room, and I like to use it. It smells good and the bathroom mirrors are always clean.

Pretty great gym. Staff is friendly and professional. I have never had a problem with any other members looking at me or getting in my face. The lunk alarm has never gone off lol. Not the gym to go to if you want the cleanest locker room / shower area. Bring. Shower shoes. That goes for any gym but especially any planet fitness. Beyond that, the machines are in good condition. All the water fountains work. The lockers are never completely full, you'll always be able to find a large on. Massage chairs and hydro beds are generally available, you have to ask and scan your phone as well as sign in to get one. There is adequate cleaning solution and paper towels to clean your machine before and after you use it, as well as for the beds and massage chairs.

It's always clean, including the locker room and shower areas. I especially like the way the parking lot is lit up at night. I feel safe going to the gym late at night. This review still stands.

Stadium drive planet fitness sucks. The showers slanting to the drain hurt my back. The planet fitness here on south westnedge is fairly clean. Kylea and Lisa are super friendly and understanding. They are always attentive and doing their job. I've often seen the staff at Stadium drive just talking to people just to chat while I was trying to buy drinks (they leave the cooler unlocked and I probably could walked off without paying). But South Westnedge staff are always ready to help you get a beverage from a locked cooler.

Gyms like this are the problem, barely anyone around to help, they Force you to go back to the “original” place to cancel the membership. Like forget the fact that people advance & move around throughout their life; which is disappointing because this “gym” is suppose to be for the people. They need a better system in place & to update at this point all they care about is money, the owner & workers could care less about actually advancing in overall better physical health.

Took away 24/7 hours as they did in Battle Creek, now I have to travel even further as a night shifter to work at a gym whose prices keep going up. I like working at 3 am and have weekends off, why should I stay??

really wanted to get back into the gym and start that journey with one of my used to be favorite locations but sadly the hours are actually horrible for 3rd shifters and completely going against what made the gym great for many :/ basically forcing anyone who wants 24/7 access HAS to pay $28 a month for a black card just to drive to another location that is 24 hours like stadium. Causing members to spend more in gas and time in a drive which will deter them further from going to the gym... Gyms are supposed to be making the environment and process inviting and accessible... oh well... I guess it's time to try a new gym. Does anyone have any suggestions for an actual 24HR gym in the portage area?

Blows my mind that you don't open until 6am on Fridays! It angers me everytime I see a commercial about 24hrs. I watch people stand out front every Friday waiting to get in because we have to hurry and get to work.

Planet fitness has various amounts of equipment but is very limited. It's a great gym for beginners, people who want a quick pump, or the older generation. Very nice workers, as well as members, and they all make you feel welcomed so it helps keep the place tension free.

Staff is always so nice! The issue is how close the equipment is together not leaving room to walk around people working on machines. Also I've been to a lot of Planet Fitness around the US this one is not up to date with the newest equipment. This Is my regular location, and I do not like it. I go because I have fitness goals on a budget.

Use to go to this gym. I liked it. Expect for that wrinkled up skeleton looking staff who I think is manager would always seem to have an issue with me. I guess if I looked like her I would have issues too. Plus now the gym is used as a movie set. Females come in barely clothed. Not even working out just posting pics and videos of themselves and their behind. What a distraction for those of us who want to actually workout. I am good. I will stick to working out at home or in nature.
