The staff are welcoming, alert, and diligent. There's always someone cleaning. The locker rooms are well ventilated and smell fresh without being overly saturated with chemicals. The hydromassage beds are great. Equipment is in very good condition. The few times I've noticed equipment out of service, they have been fast to make proper repairs.

You wanna earn that fifth star? Start setting the Lunk Alarm off on people who just sit on machines and text the entire time. Your machine selection is pretty sparse when it comes to actual good machines and these bookends just sit and text/doom scroll.

(update added a star for new hack squat machine) Great price, decent gym. Really tired of people talking on their phones or other people while sitting on gym equipment though. Note to manager: your trainers need better training. They're going to cause injuries for out of shape people with the exercises that are being given to people. New people to weight lifting should be given very light and basic compound exercises.

Getting back in shape is so hard but Planet Fitness is great place to work out. You have to be creative and jump in when possible.

Probably the largest Planet Fitness in the Triangle area (I have been to about 4-5 of them). I have been a member of Planet Fitness for almost 8 years, and I use their facility whenever I travel out of state as well. This location comes with mostly new equipments, very clean and the vibe is awesome. Great location, just off of Louisburg Rd

Still my favorite gym! PF has all the equipment I need, and it's always maintained well and clean. The friendly and helpful staff help to start my work out on a positive note, and they respond to any concerns I might have. I spend a lot of time at PF so it's important that I feel comfortable with the people and that I get a good workout every visit. The black card services like the massage chairs and hydro beds allow me to relax and recover after my workout. Thanks!

The staff are friendly and courteous. I appreciate when they greet me when walking in and wish me a good evening when walking out. The facility is clean and the paper towel dispensers/disinfectant (at least I hope it is) spray bottles are typically kept filled and scattered throughout the gym, so it's convenient to wipe the machines down before and after use.

They do charge late fees, don't let them fool you! So basically, it's not a month to month membership. I received an email regarding a "late fee"...I am closing the acct. Which can not be closed over the phone.

I'm surprised they don't have finger massage machines to help all the people who get cramps from using their phones constantly. I've seen people spend 20 minutes on one machine because they can't put their phone down. Very aggravating when you want that machine too.

It's beneficial for me to continue to gain strength, endurance, muscle mass, and mobility. I'm recovering from postinterior tendon surgery, and it's been a long process. I utilize Planet Fitness to maintain my physical therapy assignments and its right across the street. NO EXCUSES! 😂
