Clean, friendly staff with plenty of machines available! All new machines but staff was very helpful in showing me how to use and even help me with target areas I am working 💪 on! A+

I’ve been going here for just over 2 weeks and I absolutely love it. It’s a great atmosphere and perfect for someone like myself that hasn’t been in a gym for close to 10 years. I’m excited to see where my fitness and health journey takes me. If you want to get back at it and take charge of your health then this is the perfect place to get started. The staff there is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well as supportive. Get after it!

Been a Black Card member for 10 years. Home club is Dover, NH.. and they are great there. I go to clubs all across the country ... Only one. Rochester, NH gives me a hard time every time I go there. "update your profile." "do you have an id?" *Do you have a credit card" on and on and on. I walked out today and will never ever go back to the Rochester, NH club again ..even though it is 1 mile from my house. I would rather drive the extra distance to go to Dover, Portsmouth or Lee. Horrible place with completely unfriendly staff.

Started going here on Fridays to stay away from traffic on 95. Really enjoyed it, but ever since the remodel I will have to find another. 50 percent less equipment now. They used to have two lines of machines in the middle and now there so one single. One pec deck now. Waited my entire workout and never got to use it because it was someone after another. It's good if you want to do cardio.

I really enjoy attending the Rochester location. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The equipment is available during the time I’m there so I can efficiently complete a well rounded workout.
