The night guys/girls are absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful. And then we met Alfredo in the afternoon. He is the reason why the review is missing a star or else it would have been a perfect 5! You suck Alfredo.

I absolutely love the staff here at this location! They're all so friendly and always say hello, welcome in and goodbye, have a great day. It's always clean and a great temperature inside for working out. However, the hydro beds/lounges smell heavily of mold and dirty water. I felt stuffy and sick to my stomach after the end of my workouts until I stopped using the hydro massages. I now use the massage chairs instead. It's a complete health hazard to the community to continue allowing customers to use these beds. They need to be serviced immediately before it becomes a health issue to valued customers. I hope to be able to use them again soon. I've been to a lot of the planets in Sacramento and this is the only time I've ever had this issue. Also they could use some upgrading in the machines as they are all out dated and fans hardly blow air.

I’ve been to Planet fitness’s from Elk Grove to Yuba city Los Angeles to Vegas. This is the nicest ,cleanest, friendliest Gym. Once you get to know folks they warm up to you.

I love the staff here. Always so friendly and supportive. Definitely my home and favorite gym. I just hope they will update the inventory and add more machines. They should have a minimum of 2 of each machine people like to use.

This place is open 24 hours and I texted that I've been their at 1 am, 3 am and 5 am. The staff is always nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. I highly recommend this gym.

חדר כושר ברמה מאד נמוכה. אני מנוי פה כבר חודשיים וביטלתי את המנוי עבור החודש השלישי. הסיבה: מכשירים נחוצים בשימושיות כמו פולי ומכונת פרפר שיש רק אחת לא עובדים כבר חודש עם פתק ״יתוקן במהרה״ ושום דבר לא נעשה. כמות הציוד לאימוני כי מוגבל ולא מתאים למתחרים, מתאמנים מקצועיים ואפילו מתאמנים עם קצת נסיון שרוצים לעבוד על כל הגוף בצורה טובה עם מגוון אופציות. אין מוט חופשי, רק מכונות סמיט׳. הצוות עצמו סביר + חלק אדיבים חלק פחות, דואגים לנקות פה אבל המון אני נתקל שסוגרים את השירותים לחצי שעה ניקוי ויש רק תא אחד לשני המינים עבור כל החדר כושר. החדר כושר מקבל ממני דירוג נמוך בעיקר בגלל שלא מתקנים מכונות (נכון לעכשיו 4 מכשירים לא שמישים) ואין מגוון מספק של ציוד. לזכות המכון אומר שהוא פתוח 24/7 , נקי לרוב.

I honestly feel like this location can do better in professionalism with staff and cleanliness. I can’t switch to a different location because I have the basic membership however one of the staff members decided to yell at me last night regarding the tanning booth incident that I cracked a joke about as I was walking out. I simply asked them was I violating any rules they yelled back no but that it’s not cool to say stuff like that however Friday night I cracked the same joke and they engaged in conversation with me telling me how they weren’t even aware of the incident until their sister-in-law informed them and showed them articles and things like that he also stated that it’s not fair that staff have to do extra work like logging the work being done when it’s not this locations fault there was a body found in the tanning bed my overall concern is being yelled at and bothered for cracking a joke when if he was bothered about my joke why did he engage in conversation which he started originally. Lastly I don’t understand why I’m being crucified regarding what I said when a few months ago a member at the front desk which I was also at making inappropriate remarks and statements and no one yelled at him to stop saying that no one tried to fix the situation at all but when I make a joke that’s probably already made before I’m getting treated like I’m such a bad person. Take into account I have been a member here since October 2022 and never have experienced anything like this when coming here until this year.

All but one employee up here at this location make me feel uncomfortable. They interrupt assume they know what I want when I come to the front and just put off weird vibes. Jay wait for the person asking the question to speak. Kids! The judgment is real Here! That one lady tho! She rocks! She’s always wearing all black.
