Major Pro: The hydro bed available with the black membership is very helpful for back and leg pain. I love that you can use it every day! Pro: Plenty of tanning machines with no wait. Pro: Recently expanded inside and refreshed interior. Major Con: With 100 cars in the parking lot, the crowd meter shows the gym as half full. The machines to work on your arms are never available. That's the whole reason I joined. Con: annual fee of $50 is not advertised and they won't refund it, no matter what you say to them. So it's borderline fraud.

This place is run by bozos. They have a circuit training center that is designed for people on the circuit training. It is not managed at all. People sit down for 30 minutes in the circuit training area thinking nobody's going to be bothered if they just sit there out of the way. Well darn it, I'm bothered. You're in my way. Get up get out of the way. Either move or go sit at the table up front. Oh, sure, if you sit up at the table up front, people will know you're just faking it. You lazy bumbs, I'm a lazy fat slob. I'm trying to get over it. U need to get over it. Or at least get the hell out of my way. You management people? you suck. If you ask for help, they don't give you help. They say, oh we don't want to have any kind of conflict. Well folks, I'm suffering in conflict because you aren't doing your job to get these lazy people out of my way. If you don't see you are the conflict in that situation, shame on you. I'm not the conflict, you people are. My money should not be wasted on your foolish and lazy attitude. I'm pissed.

Planet Fitness Salisbury MD is an awesome facility. I lost a lot of weight there. The location between work and home was really convenient. The facility was clean and the staff were really professional and awesome. I relocated so I have a different Planet Fitness home.

Pretty bad when you can't even use the ladies' restroom. At 12:45 7/2/2024 NO TOILET PAPER in some stalls. Asked the gentlemen at the front counter if they could take care of this. Hour and a half later when I left....still NO TOILET PAPER!!! Just because the staff are guys, doesn't mean that two of them can't clear the restroom for 5 minutes....one to watch the door....and one to restock the rolls. It's not that difficult! We would appreciate the comfort of having TP available when we need to use the restroom. Management needs to step in up with their customer service!!!!

Planet Fitness gym is an excellent customer focused gym. They offer personal training, and diverse group fitness among the various equipment available to personalize your workout routine. Amenities include flat screen televisions and music. Lots of friendly guests are welcoming. I enjoy the convenience of the location close to home and accessible worldwide.

Great for the low monthly membership and selection of equipment! I highly recommend downloading the application to maximize your workout with tutorials on proper use of equipment and home workouts if you can't make the gym! Good health and good luck on your goals!
