They are scammers i get membership then only 3 months they charge me more then 250 dollars and they didn’t refund me let me cancel the membership i changed my bank account cause of them y’all be careful to use your information.

This place is dirty. The Floor is dirty. The machines are dirty. The filter for the water fountain is always on red. There is never napkins to clean the machines. Some machines have been broken for a while, and they still have not fix them..

I recently visited Planet Fitness in Rainier Beach and found the experience quite satisfying. The facility is exceptionally clean, with an attentive staff that ensures the environment remains welcoming and orderly. There is a wide variety of equipment available, catering to diverse workout needs, and the Black Card area is adequately equipped for those seeking a more exclusive experience. While everything generally meets expectations, there’s always room for minor improvements to enhance the overall experience further. Nonetheless, it’s a great space to work out, and I genuinely enjoy my visits without encountering any significant issues.

Never thought I would leave a bad review for a gym, but here we go I was in the army for 8 years and I stayed in California for 5 years I've been a member of planet fitness for about 10 years off and on when I became pregnant. I stopped going to the gym and I cancel my membership because I felt like I shouldn't be exercising ON equipment while I'm pregnant and then I rejoined 5 years ago. I have had surgery so I have a metal rod in one leg which never bothers me. I've had surgery on my ankle a couple of months ago I would say about around last year in April and I gained a lot of weight I moved to Seattle Washington for podcast reasons and my business which is stationed in Los Angeles and I also work. When I first started coming to this gym on Rainer I would come every day for 2 months to get my foot back elevated and to get my weight back in check because I've never been this big before. When I was in Los Angeles I had a personal trainer at their planet fitness who told me to dance on the treadmill because I felt bored standing in one spot this is helping me to motivate me to go to the gym. LONG STORY SHORT... The people at the desk are very much trying to intimidate me by grabbing their crotch when they see me by putting their hands over their nose and laughing loud very loud as I walk into the gym. I pay $25 a month I am going to come into the gym whenever I want to, because I pay my money. I do not speak to anyone and I don't want to speak to anyone unless they speak to me. You can use your intimidation techniques, but it doesn't work well with me because I like bullies I'mma Georgia girl "BOY'S" y'all don't scare me. My husband died of cancer, he was a principal and he would be so proud of me right now because I know bullies when I see them and it's sad that it's BIG FAT BLACK GROWN MEN. I seen white people next to me running very fast and making very much loud noises on the treadmill for an whole hour, but I can't dance. I very much so digress and I hope I'm not right about the things that I see hopefully things will improve as I keep going to the gym ,or I will keep this complaint up.

Can’t believe I’m snitching on my gym lol but it’s bad here. Restrooms are never clean, toilets reek of poop & drugs, weights are never re-racked, used paper towels and drink bottles everywhere. Employees try their best not to take out their air pods to have to interact with you, and you’re always wondering if your car is safe parked in this terrible neighborhood and homeless. I get it, the employees are understaffed & underpaid, and what else do you want for $11/month?

The go-to club for communicable disease. Recommend fishing waders to access toilets and urinals across the urine soaked floors. Plenty of free Q-tips on the floor, another benefit of the upgraded black membership, tip: consider rinsing between users. more than satisfactory collection of clothes and shredded papers on the floor if one needs to nest. This despite 4 separate requests to maybe run a mop and broom over the place, although I dare say the 4 front desk employees appeared to be fully proficient iPhone social media surfers. Update, even after my complaint to the health dept, sanitary conditions are unchanged.

Horrible experiencia, mi hijo de 4 años necesitaba ir al baño y no lo dejaron pasar, supuestamente políticas de la empresa. Y respeto eso, solo que no deberían aplicar las políticas después de casi 2 meses. “El Gerente” grosero y muy discriminatorio por no hablar el mismo idioma. Los baños siempre muy sucios y el trato es horrible. NO SE LE PUEDE NEGAR LA ENTRADA A UN BAÑO A NADIE MUCHO MENOS A UN NIÑO EN LAS REGLAS TAMBIÉN ESTÁ.
