First off, the only reason I'm giving planet fitness 3 stars is because all the matrix equipment they installed back in 2023. Sorry, but these treadmills are a joke. They don't support the runner. None of the timers work right. Speed and distance aren't correct either, and that's on everyone I've been on. Like it literally threw my workout off so bad that one time I thought something was wrong with me. Besides that issue, this place deserves 5 stars. The team members are super nice and helpful. They are always cleaning something, whether the locker rooms or equipment. So I can not say anything bad about anything else there. I would recommend going at off times to avoid the senior citizen club early in the morning or the blue collar crew after 430, and the weekends, we'll good luck it's just busy. But can you complain for 15 bucks 20 for the platinum membership that includes tanning and massage beds? Yea, i didn't think so, either.

It's a great gym. It's always clean and the staff are friendly, and it's big enough that it never feels too crowded. New equipment, plenty of space

I travel a lot, one of the nicer locations Never found it to be to busy to get things done, or had to wait for a machine like other locations

Clean gym, as is the standard for PF. Enjoyed a quick workout while visiting the area.

Heart monitors on 90% of treadmills do not work, hybrid vibration does not work, water is luke warm at best. Staff is friendly but not well trained with equipment. Bathrooms and spa area are not or do not seem to be cleaned frequently. Constant change in managers has been very confusing.

I checked this place out while on vacation to keep up with the routine. The staff was incredibly friendly, the place was clean as could be and it was never over crowded. I really enjoyed my time there and of course got a great workout in while I was there! Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is in good condition. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because of the cold water in showers. I asked the staff and they said they have tried to fix it and we're unable. This was the staunton gym. The waynesboro gym has same issue but I didn't talk to staff there.

The staff is very nice and friendly. They will talk to you and help you. And you can talk to them, and they're very helpful in their very kind. Not their fault but it's a sausage fest basically, and they had a guy that really cleaned the place every day. And it's usually pretty clean but they let the homeless. In some of the truckers in to shower and they bring a lot of disease. And a lot of leaves on their feet and they just really trash the bathrooms. And I wish they would stop whether do that because it really takes away from the members. The high massage machines are very nice, but people don't wipe them down and that needs to be enforced Also the hot water does not last

Pretty nice gym but they don’t even let a kid sit on the couch and wait for someone I could understand if they was near equipment but it makes no sense all he is doing is sitting on a couch just the rules overall is just stupid there’s not much gyms that have rules that are so stupid like that not worth it

I love planet fitness I just miss the 24/7 schedule Wish I had more time to work out but great environment great community usually clean but I always bring wipes soap and cleaning solution because I'm weird Love planet fitness overall convenient n very affordable

Not sure in it’s just this location or Planet Fitness in general but their cancellation policy needs to be revised. They require you to cancel your membership in person even if you moved out of state. That’s one way they trap you into a membership.

Strong pressure in showers are great. Plenty of hot water. Large showers. Clean gym.

I literally just started going. Like JUST. It's clean, we'll lit, people care about the equipment. Seems like a good crowd. I'm excited. Just started my fitness journey and this place makes it easy.

Staff is very unfriendly. They say they live by no judgment zone(their words)When Jamaica their head trainer judges everyone. Jamaica is an embarrassment to gyms nationwide. This establishment is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Be smart and go to the YMCA a real family gym. Save yourself a headache! Shame on the staff at PF Staunton!

Nicest planet fitness I have been to so far! The staff is so friendly, the locker rooms are very spacious and very clean. Really enjoyed my experience here.

Love the new place but when it comes to asking someone to help you think again!! Plus I can't get anyone to answer why I'm being charged more than I am supposed to be.

Nice place and nice price compared to other gyms in the area. I would recommend the massage chairs be wiped down after use as it smelled of weed plus wiring needs to be fixes in the wall.

I love planet fitness. They have made me love getting fit. I'm starting to love working out and becoming me again. Exercising is helping me not be as depressed as much and that's an amazing thing for me.
